  Wonderful high end condo resort complex. Excellent facilities - pool, beach, gym, spa, restaurants notably not crowded. Sister to two adjoining time-share to which you have access, but with notably more intensive use of facilities. The condo unit is very nice, with first class furnishings and wide terrace with water view. Staff friendly and helpful. Stayed for 8 nights in January. Weather cooperated, to low 80's some days. Walkable beach to nearby hotels and some restaurants. Terrific golf courses - we played at Cabo Real, Puerto Las Cabos and San Jose Compestre."

  This is a beautiful resort and we truly enjoyed our stay. Jana was easy to work with, the condo was well appointed and very comfortable. Loved the view from the balcony...wished we had brought binoculars to watch the whales better! The staff was friendly and attentive...I could have layed by the pool all day...oh yah, that's what I did!! Fabulous romantic restaurants we loved: Sunset de Mona Lisa, El Farrolon (in the Capela Pedregal resort...worth seeing!! Very zen artsy cool!) and The Hacienda was great...all wonderful food and beautiful settings overlooking the water. The spa at El arco is great...Veronica works miracles on a tense back! We will definately go back...there is something for everyone. Villa Estancia is a beautiful, low key resort where you will be treated special and will be a vacation to remember!

The whale watching is truly superb during this time of year and that is so fantastic that you were able to see the whales from the balcony too! I have had many massages at the Desert Spa at Del Arco but never one given by Veronica. I will definitely request her for my next massage at the spa.
