Ca' de Ross is located in Cagliari centre, into the historic “Stampace” quarter. Once the “ arts and craft quarter” now is known for restaurant and enjoyment.

The entrance is in Tigellio street, near the roman’s ruin and other archeological site.

The apartment is near bus stop, near the port and the bus and train station where you can take bus to Poetto’s beach and the other famous Sud Sardinian sandy beachs.

You can arrive from the airport by taxi in 10-15 minutes for 18euro.

The apartment at 5° level has every comfort, has a double room, bathroom with shower, kitchen, living room with divan-bed, balcony,... air-conditioning and heating.

Ca' de Ross si trova al centro di Cagliari, si affaccia sul corso Vittorio Emanuele, nello storico quartiere di Stampace, un tempo "il quartiere degli artigiani" ma ora conosciuto come il quartiere dei ristoranti e dei locali notturni.

Ha l'ingresso sulla Via Tigellio, a pochi passi dai resti della Villa Romana di Tigellio, che dĂ  il nome alla stessa via, e da altri siti archeologici come l'Anfiteatro Romano.

La zona è facilmente raggiungibile con i mezzi pubblici, vicina al Porto ed alla stazione dei Treni e degli Autobus (5 minuti a piedi).

Dalla stazione partono gli autobus portano alla famosa spiaggia cittadina del Poetto (15-20 minuti) e collegano la cittĂ  con le piĂą famose spiagge del sud della Sardegna.

L'appartamento, ubicato al 5° piano di un edificio degli anni '50 è stato recentemente ristrutturato, dotato di tutti i comfort, ha una camera da letto matrimoniale, soggiorno con cucina e divano letto matrimoniale, bagno con doccia, riscaldamento, aria condizionata e balcone con doppio affaccio.
