The villa is set on an private and gated domain at Cagnes-sur-Mer only 15 minutes drive from Nice. Brand new and just available in May 2011 the villa offers a tastefully of contemporary furnishing. An enclosed lovely garden with a heated pool (with a security alarm) surrounds the house for relaxed outdoor living. You will enjoy the spacious living dining room overlooking the pool and the pool house with a fully equipped kitchen as well as a shower and toilet.

Cagnes-sur -mer is extremely well located to visit the french riviera: only 10 minutes drive from nice airport, 10 minutes drive from Juan les pins, 10 minutes drive from Saint Paul de Vence, 25 minutes drive from Monaco and Menton, 30 minutes drive from the Italy border. Easy acess too by train or by bus.

My family (which included 7 adults total and a 14 month old) and I stayed at this lovely, airy, and convenient villa not far from Nice but far enough away from the city to enjoy peace and quiet. Please also note that the villa is in a friendly gated community.
The villa was very clean, with a beautiful backyard and pool. The kitchen was fully stocked with dishes and cookware so it was easy to go to the local village market to pick up fresh ingredients and make meals at home. In addition, the villa was conveniently located so that we could make day trips to nearby villages and the beach. The large LeClerc grocery store is just minutes from the house by car.
The management was also very friendly and helpful, especially in communicating over email before we arrived to the villa.
The only drawback I saw is that if you have very young children that like to get their hands dirty this may not be the place for you. The Management and owner were especially particular with keeping the white sofas, white coffe tables, white bookcases, and white walls clean. In order to make sure nothing got stained or ruined we just covered the furniture with blankets. Fortunately we had no difficulties and would highly recommend staying here as we plan to do again in the near future. -

We stayed here with two families (4 adults + 2 children). The house is fully equipped and that means 'fully' equipped. We loved the heated pool and out door shower!! The out door kitchen was really great and made us enjoy the beautiful evenings even more.
Summarized: a great house and also great service. There were a few inaccuracies but that was because we were the first guests.
