This detached bungalow is located five miles from Cahir in County Tipperary and can sleep four people in two bedrooms. Evergreen Cottage is a detached ground floor cottage just five miles from the town of Cahir in County Tipperary. The cottage sleeps four people (max 3 adults) and has one double bedroom, one twin room and a family bathroom. The cottage also contains a fitted kitchen with a dining area and a sitting room with an open fire. Outside the cottage is off road parking for one car and a lawned garden with outdoor furniture. Set in beautiful rural countryside, Evergreen Cottage is perfect for a romantic break or for a walking holiday....

Amenities: Electric storage heaters with open fire in sitting room. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, TV with FreeSat, DVD, selection of books. Fuel and power charged by meter reading. Coal for open fire inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and highchair available. Off road parking for 2 cars. Lawned garden with furniture. One well-behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 4 miles, pub 1 mile. Note: This cottage is suitable for a maximum of 3 adults. Note: There is a shallow stream beside the cottage, children to be supervised at all times.

All prices are inclusive of the booking fee. The "Min. Per Night" prices quoted are based on the weekly rental price, they are not applicable for short breaks. See our short break policy or ask for further details.
Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday. "Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

  We had a great welcome and everything was fully explained to us on our arrival. The cottage was comfortable quiet and peaceful, you could only hear the birds singing. It was in a good location not far from Cahir which had all the amenities needed. We were able to explore the beautiful countryside in Tipperary and down to the Ring of Kerry. There was nothing to dislike about the Cottage itself or the location.
