We stayed here for a week holiday, was really happy with the rooms and place was spotless , and cleaned for us , located right beside everything , lovely saltwater swiming pool , spa , we cooked on the bbq one evening was lovely , very safe there ,
Kev and lynda helped us pick the best trips and filled us in on some local knowage ,

The layout of the apartment was great, two bedrooms and baths upstairs and an open plan kitchen/dining/living area. Convenient to the Esplanade and the mall for grocery shopping.
We were there for 4 nights and never were we visited by housekeeping. Towels and sheets were never changed, coffee and tea was not restocked.
The chairs, sofas were stained and dirty as was the upstairs carpeting. The drapes were old and worn, multiple holes were very visible. The dish machine stunk, we had to run it a full cycle before using it to wash anything.
My biggest complaint was one trip I booked at the front desk when I charged it to my account, it was also charged to the room. When contacted, they had no record of the charge to my account but to the room which was on a different account.
Finally, on Monday, afternoon, I ran into Kevin who kindly informed me that we had to be out of the room by 10 am because they had an early arrival. Checkout was 11. Wow,
Where do I start, we are sorry that these guests obviously did not know what they booked and did not read any of the information supplied. This may seem a little long winded but we would like the right to reply to what we feel is a very undeserved review.
They found us through flip key and booked through booking.com. When you read the accommodation details on Booking.com’s sight it states clearly that linen is changed every 5th night this is because we are self catering apartments. Not a hotel, motel or serviced apartments. We do supply a complimentary starter pack with tea, coffee, sugar, milk also dishwasher powder, laundry powder and soap, shampoo, etc. A simple call to reception would have solved this misunderstanding.
The reservation confirmation also states Self Catering Accommodation with the check in and out times. In 2.00pm and out 10.00am these are under a Bold heading that states PLEASE NOTE.
Each booking has a room account not individual guests accounts, so any charge is added to the room and then payments are paid off the room account. We have provided the room account and the credit card statements to this guest when she was confused with the charges. She was never charged twice by us and we said that if her card provider had done so that she needed to contact them.
The last comment I would like to address is the cleanliness, we do strive to achieve the highest standard of housekeeping, if something is amiss we hope that the guests would approach us and we could rectify this. If you look at other reviews on Trip Advisor and other sites it would seem that most guests are more than happy with our cleanliness.

Worst Hotel Ive ever stayed in. Very noisy from backpackers next door partying to early hours. The other neighbours were working with a grinding machine for some hours repairing campervan rental buses. The unit was dirty and expensive for what it was and I felt very distressed staying there.

We stayed over the Christmas and New Year period with our two adult children and had a fantastic time. The unit was clean, cool, spacious and central to everything.
Kevin and Linda are friendly and helpful and excellent hosts assisting us daily to decide where to go and what to do, then booking it all for us.
Thank you Kevin and Linda...we'll be back!!!
