Plenty of room for 2 families in a great seaside location. This is a practical beach house that is well set up for children with a separate TV room, a Playstation, a basketball hoop and a swimming pool. The pool is covered by a large sunshade to protect them from too much sun. Enjoy outdoor dining on the back patio which has a BBQ for your use. Off street parking for up to 3 cars, and a side entrance to the property which allows for parking a boat or campervan.

One of the most popular beach location north of Cairns. Trinity Beach is only 15 minutes from the airport. This thriving community encourages visitors and locals to mix in a relaxed tropical setting, with its own shopping, restaurants and day tour operators. Paradise Palms golf club is only 5 km away for a game of golf or a delicious lunch overlooking the greens. Cairns City Centre is a 20km drive, and for those who do not want to hire a car, public transport by bus goes straight past the house.

The "house with two pools" was a real hit with our young children. There was plenty of space to move around inside, and plenty of beds for the kids to choose from. The covered outdoor area and fully-fenced pool provided many hours of entertainment- we even got to relax a little whilst easily supervising them from inside. An easy walk to shops, park, beach. Highly recommended property.
