A new semi-detached house next to the yacht club at Cala D'Or. Villa Baltasar is a light and bright house between the marina and the beach at Cala Egos - and just a 10-minute walk from the centre of Cala D'Or itself. Its neighbouring house - Villa Magdalena (ID 595) - is also a Villaparade house and so a group of up to 12 friends or family could have a great holiday together here.

Inside, it's bright, spacious and uncluttered with new furniture in neutral colours. On the ground floor there's a hall, and an airy living, dining and cooking space with double doors out onto the pool terrace. There are comfortable sofas, satellite tv and a d...vd, and a dining table and chairs. The kitchen area is well planned and with plenty of storage and work space, a breakfast table, and appliances including a dishwasher, a fridge-freezer and an oven and hob. There's a separate pantry and a laundry room. A door from the kitchen leads out to the pool-terrace. And there's a guest wc-bathroom on this floor too.

There are three bedrooms on the first floor. The master double has a new en-suite shower-room and a dressing area. There are also two twin rooms. French doors lead from the double room, and one of the twin rooms, to a covered roof-terrace looking towards the castle at Cala D'Or. Also on this floor there's a family bathroom with a bath.

In the garden there's a pool with a poolside shower, terraces with a barbecue, a new lawn and plants. There's also a separate car-parking area. The garden faces tall trees and the marina and yacht club area, and has distant views of the castle and the monastery of San Salvador.

Villa Baltasar is a great new house with a gated driveway on the edge of the marina in Cala D'Or, in an area of new development near the Yacht Club. It's located down a gated-drivewayt off the marina road so very close to cafés, restaurants and shops on the waterfront. The centre of Cala D'Or is just a 15-minute walk away. The marina road also leads to the beach at Cala Egos.
