Casa Bonito is set in a residential area of Porto Colom just on the way out of the locality, direction S’Horta. 5 minutes walk from the supermarket and 10 minutes walk to the charming harbour with superb water front restaurants and cafeterias. Porto Colom is a charming typical fishing port, where it is still possible to see the fishermen repairing the nets on the dock. This locality offer several sandy coves. Cala Marçal is 15 minutes walk and S’Arenal and Es Babo are within 5 minutes drive. Only 6 km there is the tourist resort of Cala D'Or with a wide variety of shops, restaurants, pubs with live music and its beautiful marina.
C...asa Bonito offers a comfortable accommodation with lots of natural light. On the ground floor of the villa is the local sport center and a paddle court. The guests staying at the villa have the chance to practice the sport during their holidays and use the sport centre and the paddle court free of charge.
The accommodation is situated on the first floor of the villa and the layout is on two levels. The first level consists of a spacious and bright living/dinning area with comfy sofas and access to the covered terrace and a spacious fully equipped kitchen. This floor also offers a double bedroom and a twin bedroom that share a bathroom. Most of the rooms have access to the large terrace that surrounds the house.
A lovely marble staircase leads us to the upper level that offers an open and bright area with the master bedroom with en-suite bathroom with Jacuzzi. This open area enjoys lots of natural light and access to the terrace with lovely views of the town and the sea in the distance.
The accommodation offers central heating in all the house and air conditioning in the master bedroom.
The back of the villa is the ideal spot to relax and enjoy the lazy summery days. It offers a lovely and relaxing space with a pool with roman steps, a terrace with sun beds and a lawn area surrounding the pool; a young olive tree provides some shade. The charming covered terrace with a teakwood table and chairs as well as a barbecue is ideal to enjoy “al fresco” meals. There is also an exterior toilet.
