Villa Sebastian is ideally located and is less than a 5 minute walk to the nearest restaurant, supermarket, bar and beach. The villa boasts high standard decor and furnishings, a house of comfort and a great sense of style.
As you enter the villa on the ground floor there is a large modern lounge with leather sofas and a dining table and chairs, the lounge has patio doors which lead out to a covered terrace and fantastic pool area. You also have a fully equipped modern kitchen which also has patio doors leading out to the pool area. On the ground floor of the... villa there is one double bedroom and one twin bedroom with an ensuite full bathroom, there is also a separate shower bathroom on the ground floor.
Upstairs you have one double bedroom with an ensuite full bathroom and one twin bedroom with an ensuite shower bathroom. Both of these bedrooms offer balconies with beautiful sea views.
Outside, the garden is enclosed and one of the main features of this house is the attractive, large pool and terrace area. There is a brick built barbecue here which makes it perfect for dining on an evening with family or friends. The entrance to the villa also has a gated driveway for a bit of extra privacy.
Villa Sebastian is a characteristic villa which is ideal for familes or groups of friends who want a modern villa in a perfect location close to the nearby resort.
