We spent 23 days in this beautiful house, the house was completely clean, furnished and almost stoked up. there was an small office space and the basement was equipped with table tennis and other entertainments. we had wonderful Bbqs in balcony and enjoyed exploring the area around with few ponds and parks. Fantastic place! it was just beside bus stop and very close to shopping centers and banks in Royal Oak. would take 10min to LRT. the furniture and Organization of the house was very comfortable and brilliant! the owner provided us with a quidebook which helped us to know the neighborhood very fast. Thanks for the owner who allowed us to use his car, he was a very kind and nice guy we never forget his favors and generosities! We will come back!

We received excellent service for this property, from the initial enquiry through to post rental.
It is an excellently appointed property, comfortable, spacious and very well maintained. There are many entertainment options for those with families, with board games, xbox, dvd's and table tennis.
There is a bus stop right behind the house which takes you to the Ctrain, though the easiest way to get around is probably by car. It is a little out of downtown.
I would highly recommend this property if you need a place to stay in Calgary and will use it again next time I'm in town. -

Left on 11/28/2012 for a stay in October 2012
We needed a place to stay for our family and since we have two toddlers we wanted to avoid to stay in a small hotel room for two weeks. The solution we found was perfect. The house is fully equipped and has a lot of space for a family. The owner was most helpful in providing for our needs (he provided us for example with cribs and booster chairs).
The would happily stay in this property again! -

A very comfortable place to stay! Beats staying in a hotel. You get to have the comforts of home while being away, especially for a family with kids. Fun entertainment available for the entire family. Especially loved being able to cook so that my kids could have healthy meals while we were away from home.

Left on 10/01/2012 for a stay in August 2012
The house is very clean and well equipped, truly a home away from home. It was perfect for our family of 7, everyone had a comfortable bed to sleep in and having 3 bathrooms was really a big plus. We also love the ping pong table in the basement.
The owner was very considerate and helpful making our stay a very pleasant one. We will definitely stay here again if we come to Calgary in the future.
Highly recommend this place. -

Lanigan" Hate to do a review..."

As stated above, I hate to do a review. That would mean that this hidden gem, like a pearl in an oyster will be discovered by others, and those of us that have stayed here will not be able to keep it a secret for ourselves.
From the initial booking to the promp refund of the security deposit, and the great communication with owner Dewayne Nelson, this vacation property rental was a pleasure.
What a great property. From the time we opened the door and walked in, we did not want to leave. Gorgeous kitchen, open living room/dining room concept. Three bathrooms for five travelers was excellent. The sleeping accommodations were perfect. We enjoyed the king size bed which was so comfortable. The use of the gas grill and high efficiency front loading washer and dryer gave a feeling of home and was a nice feature to have as opposed to a hotel stay. Thank you Dewayne for a great rental experience and we look forward to staying at your home again should we return this way. -

CrestonA perfect home-away-from-home
Left on 06/04/2012 for a stay in May 2012
We needed a place to stay in Calgary for our son's wedding and this was the perfect place! This was so much nicer and homier than staying in a motel. Our children really enjoyed the Xbox games. We enjoyed the luxurious accommodations for our whole family and the ability to provide for our own meals. It made the whole week much more relaxing and less stressful. Even though it was way up in the NW of Calgary, it was very easy to get to all the places we needed to be during the week. Thanks so much for a wonderful week.

LeducFabulous experience!
Left on 05/27/2012 for a stay in May 2012
Myself and my team of teachers were lucky to stay in this great condo. The condo fit all of us very well, the beds were very comfortable and there were enough bathrooms and showers too! The area is beautiful and close to many amenities - groceries, coffee and resturants. It was a fantastic stay for our conference. Thank you!

This was an awesome stay for us. The condo was better equipped than we could have hoped for and was very well laid out. The owners clearly take pride in their home and seek to manage this rental very professionally. They were very easy to deal with and extremely helpful (the information binder left in the condo was a huge plus - thanks!). Although the condo is not central (far North side), access to the LRT was great so we used that method to travel into downtown and various other city sites which worked very well.
Most enjoyable stay, we would highly recommend this property. -

Victoria, BC, CanadaComfortable, well appointed house with considerate owners.
Left on 12/12/2011 for a stay in November 2011
This house is everything it's advertized to be and the owners are considerate and pleasant to deal with. We had a very comfortable stay and had everything we needed and more. It's well located in a good neighbourhood and has easy access to the Crowchild Trail, which makes for a straight forward drive to either downtown or to Route 1 west to Banff. Sesvices are close by, and there is a near by bus stop for public transport. We found it a perfect location for driving back and forth to the Foothills Hospital at the University of Calgary. I recommend this without any hesitation and intend to return.
