An new building just constructed 2 years ago with a revolutionary concept. The Condos is located in the heart of Cali's tourist zone (Granada). The condo includes a full kitchen, a full bedroom, a separate living room and an aditional pull out couch. It also includes A/C and fully equiped bathroom. The apartment also includes a balcony that displays an the amzing Colombian nature right in the middle of Cali The condominium includes a swimming pool and a laundry room in the basement of the building. It also has 24 hour security and a housekeeper the comes every other day to clean.

Lorena made sure the apt was ready and had a kind friend available to help me during my stay. The apt is well lit, spacious, clean and comfy. The pool is nice, and the doormen friendly and helpful. It is walking distance to nice spots. I felt very comfortable here and when I go back to Cali, I would not hesitate to stay again.

I stayed in this apartment for a week in January 2013 and it was better than I expected. The apartment is in the best location in Cali, it is spacious, clean, modern and well equipped. The owner was extremely helpful throughout our stay, always making herself available when necessary. The building is well serviced, great pool and facilities, and the security team were really polite! The deposit was returned to me instantly and in my opinion was excellent value for money. The only criticism I have is that the outside buzzer is loud and can sometimes start early on. I will definitely be staying there again when I return

We will certainly try to place additional curtains to lower the outside buzzer. Hours in Cali actually start very early on a weekday.

If the owner would have been more attentive to the apartment and patron, I would not be writting this review. Since that is not the case,here are my findings after 7 Unbelievable Nights!and, I had to pay for an 8th day after putting up with all this and I wasn't even in the apartment!
1) No Safe 2) No Paper Towels 3) No coffee Pot 4) No Housekeeping Service 5) Glass Doors beyond Tolerable 6) Light Bulbs(4 different Kind and about 10 to 15 empty sockets with no light bulbs 7)Plastic curtain and Rod fell from window 5 times and once off the roller itself!
8) Club/Restaurant-100yards away. Partying at 2 to 3 times during the week. 9) patrons female and male arguments consistantly from the Club/Restaurant 10) Living Room furniture really bad for a fully furnished apartment. 11) Apartment presents its self as a converted parking garage. 12)Purple comforter on bed was dirty and made of feathers that poked through it. If you set on the bed the comforter would poke you to get off the bed 13) Be very careful with the hot water in the sink. It is above 140 degrees. I wash dishes because water would be to cold or suddenly to hot! 14) No Privicy!4 feet wide brick wall that hides the bedroom from the breakfast room,kitchen and living room. 15)Air Condition has one speed, "high" 16)Outdoor Jacuzzi was cold. Same temperature as the swimming pool! 18)Shower malfunctions-Hot water during showering abruptly shutoff.Hot water starts after about 2 or 3 minutes. Make it quick!!! 19)Management concern and consideration for patrons renting this apartment is totally unacceptable! All the above problems should have been identified,fixed or corrected well before renting guest arrives. Stay away from this apartment! 20)The Toilet stop inside tank from time-to-time would not close. Had to open the tank and push down the plug to stop the water from flowing into the toilet. 21) On a scale of 1-10, I give this apartment 1.5 rating! That's the best I can offer after a 7 day stay in this paradise!
