The distance to the beach is 3000 meters. Somni is situated on street level. The entrance is on the first floor. You reach the entrance through short stairs downstairs. Costa Brava, with it's length of about 100 km, runs from Blanes to Port Bou near the French border. This makes the Costa Brava a very popular holiday destination for tourist who travel by car. In the South of the Costa Brava you will find the La Selva district, between the town of Blanes and Tossa de Mar. All Club Villamar villas are situated in this district. Très belle villa avec très bonnes prestations ,confort, a part qu'il manque deux barrières de sécurité pour les escaliers et une pour la piscine .
Donc , enfants en bas age , prévoyez une surveillance accrue.
Il manque également à mon gout , quelques accessoires pour la cuisine et vaisselle, car vu la quantité contenue dans les tiroirs , il faut faire un lave vaisselle à chaque repas quand on est huit.
On se passerait de la compagnie des fourmis , surtout dans la chambre du bas , mais le reste la maison est tellement joli, que L'on passe facilement sur ces quelques détails.
Egalement une retenue de 80€ sur la caution , très difficile à justifier, mais certainement retenue par erreur donc restituée car preuves fournies . Ne pas hésiter à faire des photos à l'arrivée , si quelque chose cloche et surtout le signaler. -

Villa vuitton très bien mais club Villamar ce sont des escroc car sur 500 € de caution de donner il nous rendent juste 370 € alors que rien n'a été cassée et nous somme meme parti avant l'heure pour pas être facturer.

Malgré que les cautions soient gérées par le homeservice et non par nos soins, nous allons vous expliquer pourquoi il vous à été retenu 130€ de votre caution.
Après révision de la villa de part de l' équipe de qualité, il a été trouvé la cafetiere ainsi que des lames de volets cassés.
