The property is located on the outskirts of the town of Calonge, in a very quiet place among woods and growing fields, three km. away from the beach.The property is formed by four independent accomodations . They were built in 1820 and they have got big outdoor spaces: a games area with a mini-soccer table and a ping-pong table, and a 12x6 m swimming pool. It is situated to one side of the main building, separated for the other lodgings and enjoying its own porch with garden furniture.
