Villa La Colmena is a superb, charming villa situated in the residential area " Mas Pere" of Calonge - Costa Brava, just 5 minutes drive into the village and 8 minutes drive from the Sant Antoni de Calonge Beach or Palamos Beach. It has a fantastic garden - 600 m2 with privacy - and a large heated pool. The villa is very spacious with on the groundfloor lounge and diningroom , open kitchen, 2 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms, seperated WC, large terrace + BBQ and a 3th tower-bedroom with bathroom and its own terrace with seeview to Palamos. On gardenlevel there is a seperated studio with kitchen and a double bed in the livingroom and a bedroom with 4 seperated beds + bathroom and terrace. The villa has also a large garage and a carport . Free use of internet - WIFI .
