Situated on a small quiet complex with a beautiful communal pool, a twenty minute walk from the town centre of Calpe and it's fabulous beaches, our apartment is spacious, well furnished and has a large south west facing terrace with a partial view of the mountains.
The sunny terrace has a large table with seatng for six, 2 sun loungers, two large parasols and a barbeque. There are beach mats, beach parasols, outdoor games, bats, balls etc. The small terrace also has seating for four.

A climbing visitor

This apartment was exactly what we needed for our base for a climbing holiday for 3 guys. I had the double room as the oldest and my two friends shared the twin. The apartment is a really welcoming and confortable apartment with great furniture and is fitted out as a real family home from home whch is great for relaxing after a hard day at the crag. It is better to have a car to drive into Calpe but one of us always volunteerd to drive so this is absolutely not a problem. I would recommend this apartment for anyone who wants a place to be welcoming from the moment you walk through the door. The younger member of our party missed the wifi so a warning to anyone who has anyone of the connected generation with them. However there are many cafes and bars with wifi and, as we did, you can watch their face light up when they find they are back on-line. This was a great place for our week long stay and we felt at home from teh off. It is very defnitely not just a place to sleep as many places you find can be. We'll be back.

Hi Denise and John,
Just returned from your apartment in Calpe. and I would like to say how much we all enjoyed our stay at your lovely apartment.
It was really was home from home!
The large terrace was a bonus and also the small terrace to sit and chill at night.
We did hire a car and visited Moraira and Benidorm.
The weather was exceptional all in all we all had a fabulous time .

An apartment that has all the comfort and equipment you need on a holiday. The swimming pool is very nice and the people in Casanova are very friendly.

Lovely comfortable apartment, about a mile from town but within walking distance, on a small secure gated complex with parking. Super pool that is usually very quiet. There are two decent sized bedrooms and living room/diner with a separate kitchen. All very light and airy. The living room has large windows and doors overlooking the larger than average patio with sunloungers, table, chairs and parasol, flower tubs, etc. Lovely views down towards Calpe and the sea. Sky tv,dvds, books,games, etc., all very comfortable and well-equipped. A real home from home. Denise and John do their best to make sure your holiday is stress-free. Would highly recommend for couples or family holiday.

My wife and I have now visited this apartment several times and keep returning because it is so homely and so well positioned. The apartment itself benefits from being someone's home and each time we have visited it has been updated and improved with new furniture and electrical equipment, including flat screen TV, british satelite TV, and ipod base station, above all it is the homely touches(inside and outside) which make it so comfortable to stay here as opposed to the usual holiday let apartment. We have not wanted for anything during our stays. The kids love the pool and beaches are not far away. Calpe itself has wide range of shops, resturaunts and bars (the Texas Bar is our favourite). By car it is easy to enjoy the surrounding area via the coast road or up into the mountains. This is, in our opinion, the ideal location for relaxing down time with the family.
