Our Stay at Villa Blue Horizon
Left on 06/03/2010 for a stay in January 2010
Montreal side was fine. The Villa side left a lot to be desired. Property not ready for our arrival. Took 3 days to have the pool cleaned. It was disgusting. No phone service. Maids came when they felt like it and did not change the sheets until the last night. What is the point. Never came at the same time and always into the afternoon. Towels never changed. BBQ tank was empty. Felt for the money we paid we were given no service in the island. Meeter & greeter never saw or heard from heard after the initial greet.
