Located on a south facing half acre, this retro 1950's home has white water ocean views from every room.The residential neighborhood is quiet, you will see deer, turkey and quail, and at night the stars glisten overhead. The single level home has mahogany ceilings, an open floor plan and floor to ceiling windows. The original stone, tile and wood are in beautiful condition. Cambria is a seaside artist's community filled with quaint shops, galleries, and restaurants. It is only a 10 minute drive to the famed Hearst Castle and an elephant seal rookery. Cambria is at the beginning of scenic coast HWY 1 that travels up through Big Sur and on to Carmel. Hiking abounds along the coastline. Many wineries dot the nearby communities of Paso Robles, Templeton and San Luis Obispo. For the more active tourists, popular activities are hiking, biking, surfing, and kite boarding.
