Completed in 2005, Riverside Place overlooks the beautiful River Cam and is only a 20 minute walk along the river into the historic heart of the city.
The apartments boast modern elegance with a twist, and certainly provide that 'wow' factor. Interiors are sleek, with open plan living space the order of the day. Our 2 and 3 bedroom apartments here also enjoy the use of private balconies, affording stunning views of the surrounding area.

This is the best apartment block in Cambridge. Tesco is just two minutes away. There is a beautiful river opposite and the park and cycling paths are a five minute walk. It could not have been better for us. My children loved being there and it was so safe for them. Your space was super efficient. They thought of every detail. One day I had an emergency and needed extra keys and the person from your space came hurriedly to help me out. The apartment itself is gorgeous. It is clean and very well maintained. I am sure to choose this apartment again and definitely not staying in a hotel. Thank you your space!

We were first at the Hamilton's on Chesterton Road and the street side apartment had so much traffic noise. Your Space management kindly found another property and moved us to Riverside apartments. An extremely quiet location right on the River Cam. The units are spacious and well appointed and if you like to cook, there is a large Tesco shopping center directly behind the apartment. We didn't rent a car and walked everywhere. The walk to classes at King's College was only about 25 minutes and a delightful walk along the Cam river and through parks and shopping areas ultimately leading you to the 31 colleges in the heart of the old city.

My space apartment was a great place to stay. The staff were accommodating to an earlier check in without charge, very helpful and efficient. The space is great in comparison to a hotel rm and although our apartment was a 15min walk to the centre of Cambridge, the river views and modern contemporary interior plus underground parking more than made up for it. Should be a much higher star rating!

We are staying in this apartment at Riverside in Cambridge for 2 months, as a family. The apartment is clean, modern, large and comfortable, in the best location -- right on the River Cam. It is a beautiful walk along the River with the boat houses, ducks, swans, cows, pubs, parks, Midsummer and Jesus Greens, etc., into town. But the absolute best part of this place is Your Space. We have lived in many countries and traveled for extended periods of time, but the service by Your Space is not to be believed. They are sweet, courteous, personable, effective, efficient, and on the ball. Every need is met to the highest level of quality and is taken care of immediately. These people are pros. They could not be better to work with and I would recommend Your Space to absolutely everybody for this reason alone, though the apartment and location are also outstanding.

The apartment was clean and I love the fresh fragrant smell of the clean towels. Welcome gift basket is always a treat as it has all the necessary food items to start off my long stay before I have the time to go grocery shopping. Of course the staff that met me at the apartment was kind and friendly too which made my stay even more enjoyable.

Our stay at Your Space apartments in Cambridge was a pleasure. The representative was already at the apartment when we arrived and showed us round the parking and apartment comprehensively.
The apartment was very clean, comfortable and walking distance to the centre of Cambridge. The welcome pack was appreciated.

Apartment very well appointed. Arrival arrangements work well. Staff member helpful, knowledgeable and welcoming.
Position ideal for our purposes - just on the edge of 'town' and part way up river of bumping course. Parking outside most useful and parking spaces for guests a real bonus. View of river excellent.

These are the best value for money I have ever experienced in the UK. I have now enjoyed my third stay in the apartments in Cambridge, and will never stay in a hotel here again. Why would I? From the first phone call on arrival, to the personal, friendly and knowledgable welcome to the apartments, all the way through including the comfortable and fully serviced stay in a spacious and fully equipped apartment, you are also offered the privacy and convenience of your own home. To sweeten the deal, the staff are caring and attentive, and only a phone call away if ever needed. The low price (less than any hotel room of any decency) is the icing on the cake. This is a no-brainer. I will be back.

This is my first visit to Cambridge. I searched thro' the web for well-maintained and reputable serviced apartments. I like the services of Your Space Apartment well from the beginning of my contact with them. Their team of staff are well-trained and offer practical and helpful advices. Thanks particularly to Alice and Maria for their efficient and effective support.
The apartment is located in nice residential area, clean, nicely decorated and within reasonable walking distance from the City Centre.
Our family will definitely come again and will recommend them to my friends!! -

Hubby and I were lucky to book our 1 bedroom apartment through the "Your Space" agency. Despite an error on my part during the booking process, they were very understanding. We were warmly greeted upon our arrival and quickly settled into our modern, well equipped apartment. From the large window in the living room we enjoyed the daily parade of cyclists and rowers - the river was just across the road. Our spacious apartment was clean, comfy and an easy walk into the city. Supermarket was just around the corner and our hire car was safely parked off the road. The shower in this apartment is above a fairly high-sided tub - it might be worth checking if mobility is a problem. I believe other apartments are on offer. From our first enquiry, we were treated in a professional way - emails were answered promptly and information freely given. We felt very confident all through the process. Cambridge is a wonderful city and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

First and foremost I would like to say that this is not my first time staying in an apartment by Your space apartment. I was staying in The Hamilton in September but staying in Riverside place is way much better because firstly its in front of the river and you can see people rowing quite often and its very relaxing. furthermore its located very near to Tesco and the apartment itself is just perfect for a family of 4 to stay. We will definitely stay in riverside the next time we are in cambridge
