Liverpool, UkTerrace, luxury 2 bed, fabulous location - Another amazing stay!
Left on 05/08/2013 for a stay in May 2013
Second stay at The Hamiltons and this time in the top floor massive 2 bed apartment with 2 sunny terraces from the bedrooms and the living area. Huge apartment. Stayed with my sister while visiting Jesus College and the apartment if a fabulous location - just a short stroll across the river to College, and a bit further into town. Very high standard and very well equipped. We ate out one evening on the sunny terrace and the kitchen had everything we needed to prepare a lovely meal. Long terrace is shared with the other top floor apartment which was a surprise but not a problem as there is a great distance of separation.
Would love to stay here again. We were sorry to go home!
All Your Space staff were fabulous, as usual. -

Lima, PeruA very pleasant weekend
Left on 04/17/2013 for a stay in March 2013
The flat was spacious, airy, comfortable and well furnished, with an exceptionally well supplied kitchen. The whole flat was clean and well maintained. Small touches were very welcoming - for example a pint of milk in the fridge, and some tea, coffee and biscuits to start us off. The weather was cold and bleak when we were there, and the flat was extremely cosy with easily managed controls. We could walk in to town in about 10 minutes, most of it through a park.

The apartment is well appointed and nicely furnished. Close to town with a great pub just around the corner. Make sure you know where it is though since my GPS was off a little and parking is around back on a different street.

Sacramento, KentuckyAn excellent choice in Cambridge
Left on 10/22/2012 for a stay in October 2012
The Hamiltons flat is a great choice. The owner owns the entire building and it appears that it was built to suit. Very well laid out with a spacious feeling. Large bathroom with good shower. The building is fairly quiet. There is a food co-op across the street which was handy and you are within walking distance to restaurants. It is a 10 minute walk into the main part of town. There is ample parking and an elevator. The flat was clean, modern, very well supplied and maintained. The company who runs the flat is extremely professional and organized!!! They really had their act together. The highest of marks for this organization.

Apartment is spacious, comfortable and easy to use, facilities are modern and un-fussy. Location is very good, near the river and common, with convenient shops, and walking distance from the centre. . As a ground floor apartment, it would benefit from sheer drapes. Secure ventilation on windows is a plus.

Second time we've stayed here. Very convenient for Cambridge and on ring road so easy to get out of town. Central Cambridge is a nightmare in a car so best avoided.
The apartments are fitted out to a high standard with everything you could want. Kitchen well-equipped, we cooked 5 nights out of 7. Supermarket just 100 metres away has everything.
Bathoom high quality. Staying again on two weeks on way back through Cambridge -

I really liked this apartment. It's a great alternative for a hotel for an extended stay - I spent there about two weeks. An apartment of your own really lets you feel at home - they only come once a week to change the linens and towels.
The apartment was totally equipped with all the facilities I might need: kitchen and TV and and an iron etc - this is also what I greatly appreciate.
The location was great, very quiet but at the same time next to a Co-Op shop and a great pub called 'The Old Spring', one of the best gastro-pubs in Cambridge.
The only thing I'm not sure about this aparatment is the price. For me it was a business-trip and the company paid, I'm not sure I would have chosen it for my own money. -

Very impressive. A welcome pack was provided, and I was surprised to see an extended version, including pasta, bolognese sauce, milk and eggs, bread, butter and jam - you name it. The kitchen had everything you needed to cook your own meals, especially for those who prefer to stay in. It's perfect for those who are staying for a short-to-mid term stay. Oh and free wifi by the way.
Bathroom is extremely clean, which is a plus. The staff were very friendly and considerate too. As for it's location, you can walk to the city centre within approximately 20min. There's a cooperative food store right diagonally across the street too. It's slightly far from the train station. But you would probably take the taxi instead of dragging your luggage across tiwn anyway.
It might be slightly pricey for some but the cleanliness and comfort definitely make up for it. -

We stayed at The Hamiltons for 8 nights---it was the perfect place for us. The entire flat was modern and well-maintained with top-of-the-line appliances, comfortable beds and very clean. The entire booking process was easy and the staff we dealt with were friendly and helpful. Check-in was also quick and easy ( Thanks Mandy)and we were left with a welcome basket of food(milk, bread, jams etc.) to use until we could get to the very convenient supermarket across the street. We were in Cambridge to visit family and were able to entertain them for meals several times using our well-equipped kitchen. Though we have travelled a lot, this was our first time using this type of a full apartment accommodation. We will certainly use "Your Space apartments" again!

Reviewed 24 april 2012 new
I had the third floor room which commanded a fine view over the city and stayed for a week. For one person it was of course very comfortable. My friend came to stay for a few days, and for two persons it was ideal. There was enough space and a gorgeous island kitchen which highly motivated me to cook. Every room was very clean and well maintained. Great water pressure in the bathroom. The welcome pack supplied complimentary includes tea, coffee, milk and eggs (in the fridge), biscuits, etc, and it was a great help because I arrived at Cambridge late in the evening. The living room had a brand-new cable TV and I enjoyed international broadcasting program of my country. The Broadband Wireless access was speedy and quite comfortable. The staff was cheerful, polite and helpful. The apartment locates near the city center and, in 15 minutes of walking, I could get to St John's College. There is a bus station nearby and I had no difficulties to go to the railway station. I would definitely stay here again. -

Response from Your Space Apartments - 03/29/2012
Owner
Thank you very much for your review. We are delighted you found the apartment modern and spacious and that the welcome food pack was beneficial on your arrival. We try our best to ensure the apartment is equipped with all the essential items to help get you started. Thank you for your feedback about the beds. The extra bed provided is a temporary fold away bed ideally designed for occasional guests as can be easily stored away to ensure it does not restrict access in the apartment. We do advise that this is not ideal for longer stays and that a larger apartment with 2 or 3 bedrooms may be more suitable. In regard to the mattresses in the bedrooms I am pleased to advise we are in the process of updating all our apartments with luxury pocket sprung Hypnos mattresses which have been awarded 'bed manufacturer of the year' and have the Royal seal of approval currently supplying the Royal Household. These will be in The Hamiltons by the end of April and we do hope we have the opportunity to welcome you back on another occasion to try these wonderful new mattresses.
Kind regards
Lisa Kerry

Left on 12/03/2011 for a stay in November 2011
Really close to river and colleges. It's a 10 min walk across foot bridge to Jesus Green and into town. No need to have a car if you are exploring the city and colleges. Just one street off the river where the rowing clubs are. The building is very new and bright and modern, a quiet retreat from the city noises though there is traffic on Chesterton Rd. We appreciated the easy access form the main roads and being able to park our car and leave it for our stay. Staff are helpful and available24/7. Excellent for a business or extended study visit. We had wanted a Riverside spot but they were all booked but this is a wonderful second choice. I am sure any of the Your Space apartments would be equally comfortable and luxuriously appointed.

Cambridge in high season - impossible to get decent hotel accomodation unless booked months in advance. Had been vaguely aware of private apartment type accomodation in the area, but on having to visit Cambridge for family reasons on specific dates was pleasantly surprised to find this alternative accomodation to be very agreeable and indeed a pleasant contrast to the usual hotels I tend to use - and cheaper. Online booking as you expect, communications/organistion excellent, accomodation was impressive with all mod cons present & correct. Has certainly made me rethink my strategy for staying in Cambridge for the future.

We visit Cambridge several times a year, usually for 4-8 days at a time. We usually stay at the Hilton Doubletree or Crowne Plaza. However, for this stay (7 days) we decided to try a self-catering apartment, the Hamiltons. Everything from the pre-visit communications to the check-in and check-out was handled efficiently and professionally by the YourSpace team.
The apartment is in safe location and allows for quick access into the city centre. The apartment is in excellent condition and well maintained. The welcome basket of food essentials is also a nice touch.
We were so impressed with our stay that we cannot think of a reason why we would stay anywhere else when we are in Cambridge. -

We stayed at the Hamiltons for a weekend break in Cambridge. Staff on the phone and during check in were really friendly (especially when we got lost!) and happy to give us tips on the area. It is a 10 minute walk into the city centre across Jesus Green or along the river. Absolutely loved Cambridge and the apartment was a great base. Good facilities, attractive decor, very user friendly and ideal location.

I came to the apartment as a single woman traveller from New-Zealand. I needed an apartment in an upmarket area that had good security and in which I could make a base for a month. Not having seen it first, I was nervous as booking on the internet is difficult, as you cannot get a 'sense' of the actual apartment till you get there. But it was welcoming and had everything that I needed. Easy walking distance to Cambridge, bus stop 100m, food store 100m, doctors chemist etc all within easy walking distance. Was able to email any queries to the Guest Manager who got back to me straight away. They were efficent and helpful

We stayed at The Hamiltons for a month. It was my wife and I and our two small children. The accommodations were excellent in terms of amenities and features of the apartment. We had everything we needed. The staff at Your Space apartments was always helpful and answered all our questions and issues in a timely manner. From solving Internet problems to getting the apartment lock fixed, their staff was very helpful and eager to help. The cleaning staff was very accommodating and were able to come clean when it worked best for us.
The location of the Hamiltons is excellent...it's about 3 minutes walk to the river and about 10-15 minutes walk from the city center. There is a kid's park right over the river which is very convenient.
All in all we had a great stay and we have great memories. -

We stayed in a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom penthouse apartment in the Hamiltons that had balconies front and back.
The apartment was fabulous: exactly like it looks on the website, and absolutely spotless. It just oozed quality. The children (ages 12 & 10) were "wow"ing and "ooh"ing as they walked in and explored.
Everything we needed was there, including things like dishwasher tablets and washing powder. There were also miniature toiletries, like a hotel and even a plentiful supply of good quality hangers.
The service was friendly and extremely efficient. They have a great system where you telephone a number 45 mins before you arrive so that they can make sure someone is there to greet you. They are also quite happy for you to arrive out of hours, you just let them know in advance.
The apartment was very quiet. We never heard any of our neighbours. The front of the apartment faces a busy road but I can't say we noticed. The rear overlooks a car park with views of Cambridge in the distance. It was a very pretty walk from the apartment into the city centre (I think it took about 15 mins).
There is no question that I would stay in this or one of the other apartments again. In fact, I was really disappointed that they only have apartments in Cambridge, as I would have stayed with them elsewhere like a shot.
In short: 10/10! -

we booked 2 of the appartments that can sleep 4 (they were on 2 floors but both very similar) 8 of us meeting up from around the uk. we decided on cambridge and for the same cost as a hotel we got place to chill out, cook, so we saved money not having to go for breakfast etc.
the appartments are fully furnished with more appliances than i have at home. the quality of everything was also very high. halogen touch hob, lovely kettle, dishwasher etc.
the furnishings were also done to a great standard - eg lovely cushions and throws on the beds and sofa.
location wise we were about 10-15min walk from the town centre, which is great because we didnt need to use taxi's or buses.
all in all a great time was had. -

This was a great place for us to stay in when we visited the Cambridge Science Festival. It was easy to get anywhere from the apartment, for us it was very handy to pop on the buses and just go.
The apartment itself was so comfortable and felt spacious and luxurious. We used the kitchen and it had everything we could possibly have needed.
Was particularly impressed that soya milk was provided on request at short notice for our arrival! -
