This beautiful 5,300+ sq ft brand new, one of a kind, custom built home features the best of the best at the Lake of the Ozarks. It is fully furnished and especially designed to capture the view of the lake from almost every room in the house. The exquisite open floor plan is perfect for formal entertaining or just enjoying lazier time with friends and family. And the name, La Casa De La Belle Vita means "The House of the Good Life."

The main floor provides guests with an expansive vaulted open living area, complete with leather seating , tiled gas fireplace and is an ideal place to enjoy the flat screen TV. Just behind the living area... is the large dining table with enough seating for 8. And every gourmet cook will love the kitchen with granite counter tops, and stainless steel appliances, custom cabinets and breakfast bar with additional seating for 4. Just to the left of the kitchen is a large laundry room with a stackable washer and dryer and access to the three car garage. Also on the main floor is a hall bath and the master suite with a king size bed, oversized dressers, and a flat screen TV. Four of the six bedrooms offer lakefront views of the lake and the most beautiful sunrises ever seen. The master bedroom on the main floor also features a large Jacuzzi tub, a full body shower and yes, a walk in closet.

The second floor (downstairs) is the entertainment level of the home and supplies guests with access to 4 more spacious bedrooms. The largest bedroom is supplied with two queen size beds. And the lakefront bedroom is also set up with a queen size bed. These two bedrooms share access to a Jack and Jill bathroom with beautiful basin sink and walk in shower. Just off the downstairs hall is the fourth bedroom which is set up with two sets of twin over full bunk beds - just perfect for the kids. On the opposite side of this level's open floor planned room is the fourth bedroom with a queen size bed and hall bath with a shower tub. The entertaining elements on this floor provide guests with access to a great leather seating area, wet bar with seating for 4 and a mini refrigerator. If you're not at the bar, you'll be watching friends and family as they play on the full sized pool table. And if that isn't enough, everyone will love the over sized media room with it's oversized projection screen, surround sound and yes. even a popcorn machine. (This area is still being furnished and pictures will be updated once all the pieces arrive).

The third floor (or lowest level) is everyone's favorite hang-out with a full size kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a built in table with seating for 8, plus additional high-top table for 4. Just beyond the kitchen is a family room with a super comfortable reclining sectional and flat screen TV. Off the hallway is another 1/2 bath and the 6th bedroom in the home. This bedroom with its queen size bed also overlooks the Lake and the property's private pool. On this floor there also is a full large bathroom and lower level laundry room for your convenience - accessible from the outside. This room is also supplied with a leather sofa sleeper (perfect for extra guests).

If you run out of things to do inside, you'll find several desirable outside amenities at this luxury home. The entire lakeside of the home includes two spacious decks. The upper deck which is accessible from the master bedroom, living room and dining area includes an great screened in porch with rattan seating and a tree top view of the no wake cove and main channel beyond. This is a perfect spot for watching the morning sunrise. On the second floor guests also have access to another expansive deck with plenty of lakefront patio seating. All decks connect together with easy access to the golf cart sized path down to the pool side level of the home. (Sorry no golf cart provided). Everyone will enjoy the home's private 32' x 14' kidney shaped pool (includes night lighting) outside seating and pool side lounge chairs. Outdoor chefs will love cooking on the gas grill that overlooks the lake's no-wake cove. And if that isn't enough to enjoy this property come with a private hot tub with seating for 7.

The private dock sits in a protected no wake cove, just off the 32 mile marker of the Osage Main Channel. You'll spend time relaxing on the oversized swim platform, park your boat in the 14 X 36 foot slip, and keep your other water toys in the PWC slip (with lift). The no wake cove is perfect for the kids and you can watch them from the oversized wooden picnic table seating area. And guests will certainly enjoy sitting around the shoreline fire-pit roasting marsh-mellows.

Other amenities that this luxury home provides include garage parking for three vehicles and outside parking for 3-4 vehicles (sorry no trailers permitted). The property is available to rent any time of year and if perfect for the Shoot-Out races and even the off-season holidays like Thanksgiving and/or Christmas. This truly is a great Lake get-a-way!

This special property offers guest spectacular panoramic views of the lake, excellent fishing, and an amazing view of the Ozark’s morning sunrise. This "quiet side" retreat is 25-30 minutes away from all the action on the other side of the Lake - Bagnall Dam, Lake Ozarks, and Osage Beach - via the community bridge.

Properties are furnished for normal housekeeping with dishes, cookware, flatware, glasses, grills, and basic appliances. Sofa sleepers are recommended for children’s use only. We are also pleased to provide bed linens, bath towels, and a starter packet of detergents, bath soaps, trash bags and paper products (toilet paper and paper towels). Guests should bring replacements for these starter packet items, your own beach towels, soaps, personal toiletries, coolers, cleaning supplies, camera, life jackets, etc.

  Our stay at this outstanding rental house was nothing short of amazing. The house was large enough to accommodate our very large group of 15+ people. The age range of people staying was very broad ranging from under a year to 60+, and there was some sort of entertainment at all times to please everyone! We happened to be staying at this Rental during the Olympics and although I am not one to usually watch, I definitely spent a good amount of time watching them in the amazing theater room (I even enjoyed popcorn while watching, thanks to the handy popcorn machine in the room). Aside from offering truly outstanding amenities outside such as a beautiful pool, hot tub, tons of deck space to sit and enjoy family, separate space to enjoy bonfires, and of course awesome access to the lake we also enjoyed our time and space inside. This home is so comfortably decorated that you truly feel at home while on vacation. The rooms are set up to comfortably accommodate large numbers of people such as ours with each individual family averaging 4 people. It was nice not going home with any dirty laundry either thanks to the two laundry rooms in the rental. Needless to say, we will most definitely being going back to Bella Vita!!

  My family and I had a wonderful stay at La Casa De La Bella Vita. My two boys loved being so close to the lake and loved movie nights in the theater room. The property was very well maintained and I felt at home there. We can't wait to go back. I would highly recommend staying at La Casa De La Bella Vita. We plan to book our family vacation there again next year.

  Wonderful family vacation

  We held our annual family reunion at this lovely home. The furnishings were beautiful and spacious. We had eighteen people in our party and although we thought we might be crowded, the home was large enough to accomodate all of us with plenty of room to spare. The pool was a wonderful plus, especially for the smaller children. The home has two washers and dryers, a definite plus with a large group. The media room was a great gathering place which everyone loved. The home was immaculate when we arrived and was furnished with everything we needed.
  Shopping at Osage Beach Outlets is only a few minutes away with great stores.
  I would definitely recommend this house to anyone who would like a peaceful, fun getaway. We will definitely go there again

  Spending part of our summer at La Bella Vita was an excellent decision. The house was beautiful and spacious, exactly as the photos show. Several restaurants within boating and walking distance and between the pool, hot tub, lake, fishing, theatre room, and pool table we rarely left the house. For those who are looking for some retail excitment, there is plenty of shopping opportunities within a short car ride's distance. For those looking for some outdoor exercise, there are plenty of sites to see within walking distance. Neighboring areas also offer activities for the kids such as Bridal Cave, waterparks and minature golf.
  
  What a way to relax, can't wait to spend time here next year.

  Relaxing, Enjoyable! Impressively decorated

  One of the most relaxing vacations that I have ever taken. With five friends, I spent an entire week in april 2012 enjoying superior accommodations. Views from the Villa are impressive. We could fine dine or BBQ! Sun bath or swim while overlooking the lake. Plenty of room to relax read a great book or just giggle while enjoying the view.
  
  The entertainment floor included a bar, pool table and home theater equipped with its own stand-alone popcorn machine!
  
  We have already booked our second vacation at the Villa for 2013 and can't wait to enjoy its splendor again!
