Brief Description: Towering Pines is a beautiful three-bedroom log home full of custom furnishings. The home borders the pristine Sun West Ranch and sits just above the Madison River, giving you access to the 1,600 acres of common area on the Sun West

Ranch plus 200 private acres of your own. This... area has been left wild with just a few dirt roads, three stocked trout ponds and three miles of Madison River. With such a large piece of property it is essentially a wildlife preserve. You will likely see eagles,

deer, elk, coyotes and lots of other interesting wildlife on the property.

Bedrooms and Baths: This home has three bedrooms plus a bonus room. The master bedroom is located on the main level of the home and it beautifully decorated with western dΓ©cor. It has a king size bed, seating at a big bay window, and a flat screen TV.

There is a master bath with a tub and shower combo along with rainwater showerhead. Upstairs there are two bedrooms and a bonus room. The first has a king size bed with a flat screen TV. The second room has a trundle bed with the bonus room attached. The bonus

room has three twin beds, a couple of kid-sized chairs and a TV. There is one bathroom upstairs with a stall shower.

Kitchen: The kitchen, dining, and living areas all flow together to create the great room in this cozy western home. The modern appliances have an antique look and the cabinetry is all custom cherry, adding to the western and rustic dΓ©cor of the home.

The very well appointed kitchen has everything you’ll need. There is also a gas BBQ out on the deck if you prefer to grill your meals.

Dining Room: The dining room table seats four to six comfortably and with additional seating for five at the bar, you’ll have plenty of room for company.

Living Room: A wood-burning fireplace in the middle of the great room warms the home on a chilly evening. You’ll be comfortable whether you’re seated on one of the cozy leather chairs or playing games at the dining room table. There are lots of windows

to take advantage of the lovely views and glass sliding doors to take you out to the front or back of the home. There’s a flat screen TV and a great sound system with built in speakers, making it a very appealing place to come home to after the day’s adventures.

Loft: In addition to the bedrooms upstairs, there’s a great office/reading area in the loft that overlooks the living area.

Outdoor Amenities: Several chairs line the wrap around porch. There is also plenty of outdoor seating, including a picnic table under the trees and a highback swing with a view to die for.

Setting, acreage, views: Nestled in the pine trees on a hillside above the Madison River, this home has a remote wilderness feeling. A short walk from the home is the Madison River that runs through the property. This property is surrounded by the 2,000

acre Sun West Ranch and by forest service land. It really is like having your own private Yellowstone. You are also just half an hour from Yellowstone National Park.

Activities nearby: You’re in the middle of fishing heaven – with the Madison River, Yellowstone National Park and Henry’s Fork of the Snake River close by. There’s also hiking, mountain biking, exploring Yellowstone National Park and nearby ghost towns.

There is so much to do!

Distance to town and airport: Sun West Ranch is located 30 miles South of Ennis and about 30 miles North of West Yellowstone. The drive to Bozeman's Gallatin Field is about an hour and a half.Read more

  We had a wonderful time at this beautiful mountain home with direct access to the Madison River on the property. Beautiful views, totally relaxing. Home is spacious and had every amenity, we were lacking nothing! Close access to Cliff and Wade Lakes, short drive to Yellowstone and Jake's Horses. Couldn't ask for a better retreat! The on-property ranch manager, Dan, was exceptional and a great resource for us midwesterners!! We will definitely book for future vacations in the Madison Valley!!

  We love algra Mia. The home is inviting and has all the amenities. The outside is picture perfect. It is quiet and secluded. It is only 20 minutes South of Ennis. A great places to eat is Byness and the Sportman's Lodge. The Grizzly Bear in Cameron is great too. Mike Henry is an awesome fishing guide, and works out of " The Old Kirby Place." And Ranch manger Jeanba and Dan Bennett are wonderful people. We already booked a third summer for 4 th of July 2013.

  I have stayed many places, but I have never been so impressed by the preparations in this house. Every type of pot and pan, beautiful appliances, even some spices. I truely felt like I was at home. Cable TV all over the house, WiFi, DVD player, and stereo system. We cooked every night and enjoyed eating with a fire in the fireplace (even the wood was provided). The house has our highest recommendation for a great stay near Yellowstone.

  A Dream Come True

  My wife and I had an incredilbe time at the Towering Pines on the Madison. The home was incredible and the views from it were amazing. We were able to relax and feel like we were right at home the entire time. If you like wildlife, you can see all you want and more from the porch. For both of us, this was a dream come true to stay here. We both love the outdoors and wildlife and we got more than we could have ever imagined. Would we stay again, definitely. This will be a great place to take some of our friends.

  We really enjoyed our stay at Towering Pines. The setting and views, not to mention access to miles of fishing on the Madison were great. The cabin was well equiped and very comfortable for our annual family get together.
