Short distance from Rome, inside of National Park Veio , stylish Portico Romano is the space of 100sq m of independent part you renting, has been built into the lower part of old Villa ( where also the current owner lives ) - it is a real gem, filled with antics and paintings designed to today living standarts . It is perfect for a family of 4 max. The accomodation is right in front of the Pool and facing the Park - it is extremely spacious - it is a Junior Suite ( like a loft - all open space) with its own entrance, living space with working fireplace, has its own beautiful bathroom with Victorian Bath and Shower Enclouser . Also right next door in your disposal a small Indipendent apartment with pretty and small kitchen and bedroom and bathroom - could be nice for babysitter with children or perhaps perfect for grandparents for having a total privacy
BREAKFAST - in Rome do like Romans !!
… it is a custom in Italy to have breakfast at The local bar - famous Italian breakfast- cappuccino and croissant ! Must try it at list once !!
In your disposal Private Pool 16x4 m and beautiful patio with fashionable daybeds in case you feel lazy and dining table covered w/umbrella for outside meals - we have also barbecue that you can use . On your request you may have the list of restorants for surrounding area and center of Rome - for every budget or taiste.
It is the best way to visit Rome - in just 30 min. you are there! We will tell you where to park your car safe and voilà ! After parking your car, walking only 5 min you you are the Spanish Steps - amazing , within less then 10 min. you are on piazza Spagnia.
We require for deposit of 30% of total amount of your rental within 5 days after you decide to rent our property - in case you must cancel your trip we let you always recuperate your money - reserving other period available or transfer your deposit to other people like friends - you will never lose your money with us.
The price indicated in this listing is for sleeping in two matrimonial style beds and for max. only 4 people including children . Change of linens is once a week and change of towels is twice a week.
For requesting an extra bed linens change there is a charge of €40.00 .
For an extra person is also applying extra charge daily to be paid separately!
