- Damage deposit - $194 / stay - Security Deposit
Additional notes from owner
A deposit of 50% of the overall cost must accompany all reservations. The remaining balance is due upon your arrival. This fee is fully refundable if you have notified the owner 30 days prior to the rental day. Half the deposit is refundable when you notify the owner 15 days prior to the rental day. No refunds are permitted less than 15 days of the rental day.
