This house is extremely comfortable and affords occupants great
privacy. Whether you spend a week or even a month at this home on
unspoiled Campobello Island, you are guaranteed a never to be
forgotten relaxing experience!

Spectacular views and natural AC await the person lucky enough to stay at this gorgeous property set on 5+ acres overlooking Loutre Harbour on Campobello Island, New Brunswick.
Campobello was good enough for FDR and family, so it will surely suffice for you! This comfortable, roomy home sleeps six and has 2 full baths.
Chill out on the deck with cocktail or book in hand, and view the birds and marine wildlife. Hike - visit FDR's home and have "tea with Eleanor" - eat the freshest seafood you can imagine - go birdwatching -
ride the ferry or go on a whale watch - hit a hole in one on the golf course begun by FDR - hit some tennis balls on the nearby court. No way will you be bored!
A few "formalities":
1. Available dates: 2013 season, from July through October 15th.
2. Check-in on Sunday after 3pm. Check-out on Saturday by noon.
3. Be sure to take a passport.
4. Pet friendly with advance notification and approval.
5. Premises must be left in same condition as found.
6. Housekeeping services available for $60.00, by advance request.

A marvelously quiet peninsula overlooking the bay with rolling lawn, rocky shore and beautiful views inside and out. Home is comfortable, well furnished and oh so quiet. Grounds and guest cottage are lovely, rustic and the setting magnificent.
Easy access to Roosevelt's cottage, the parks, golf course and town.
Town offers leisurely walking, friendly restaurants and local "color".
Try the Ferry for a unique bayside perspective on this lovely and historic area. -

This property is located on a scenic and private point on the Bay of Fundy. The tidal action and animal life are extraordinary and well worth a trip. There's a comfortable main house and a cosy bungalow. Both have lots of sleeping space and full kitchens. Very convenient to Fdr's summer residence, hiking paths and all other sights on the island. A great place to escape from the developed world.
