This luxury holiday apartment is situated on the top floor of this triple story complex, and has breathtaking views of the gorgeous Camps Bay coastline. There is secure parking for a single car in the dedicated garage, as well as ample guest parking in the block. The complex also has a communal braai/BBQ area and large communal pool.

Great location within walking distance of Camps Bay beach and amenities, and a short drive to Clifton beaches. Great apartment with everything you could need for a comfortable stay, and with amazing views down to the beach and to the side to the 12 apostles. Always kept clean and the cleaning service providers were excellent and considerate in trying to come at times when we were out. We had an issue with the balcony door quite late on a Saturday night and Ozzie from Nox Rentals came straight round to deal with it. Nox Rentals were also completely happy to accommodate our late check out request, as we had a late flight, and they had no one checking in that day, which was a huge bonus. We absolutely loved Cape Town and the surrounding area, and have no hesitation in recommending Cape Town, the apartment and Nox Rentals.

We loved our stay at 270, as promised it had incredible views and a lovely secure complex. Super comfortable with great internet and kitchen set up. Also great heat for the cape town winter! Great location close to Camps Bay and CT center. Also, I wanted to especially praise the young man from NOX management - Auzzie - who met us at the site to check in and showed us the flat and helped us settle in. He was incredibly personable and warm and very very professional. The flat was perfect in every way and we will be back!!! The company who booked for us the flat and the management company who oversee the flat are great!!! Bravo!

52024270 Degrees Panorama was Fantastic

We stayed for 10 days in Camps Bay, a wealthy area of Cape Town at 270 Degrees Panorama. Camps Bay was a terrific place for us to stay - safe, just 10 minutes from Central Cape Town and only R80 ($10) taxi ride away. The 270 apartment was really fantastic. The views are stunning at all times of day. The sliding doors open up to make the whole apartment like a shaded terrace. Sunsets were best done at the apartment with the windows wide open. Looking out over the lights of Camps Bay and the ocean on a moonlit night made it worth waking up! The Panorama complex is very secure and easy to find for taxis. The apartment was very clean, tile floor, good TV, 2 baths, washing machine and dryer - everything you needed. Daily maid service meant we always had a nice clean apartment to come home to. There is a nice pool as well. With Lions Head to the right, the ocean before you and the 12 apostles behind you, it's incredible.
Jenny Swienty, our booking agent at Luxury accomodations, arranged for us to be picked up at the airport, a car rental, and recommendations on various activities. She was terrific.
270 Degree Panorama really gave us a fantastic base in Cape Town and I would stay there again in a hearbeat.Response from Nox Rentals - 06/01/2012

Leider war die Wohnung nicht so toll wie beschrieben und dafür dementsprechend viel zu teuer! Die Wohnung ist sehr abgewohnt, die Zugehfrau scheint auch nur das nötigste zu putzen. Wir fanden z.B. noch Brotkrümel ect. unter der Glastischplatte im Wohnzimmen. Die Toilettenbürsten sind ohne Griff, die Steh- und Nachttischlampen ohne Glühbirnen. Im Kleiderschrank befinden sich Nägel heraus, an denen man
sich verletzen kann. DasInventar im Bad und der übrigen Wohnung ist abgenutzt und bräuchte dringend eine Erneuerung - dafür ist der Mietpreis echt zu hoch.

270 degrees is a graet base for exploring CT. The views are spectacular and the unit is a very comfortbale place to stay. There are a few very nice small touches i.e. coffee maker and milk frother, balsamic vinegar and olive oil (small things that make life just a little more enjoyable). We found this a perfect place to stay and relax after a full day our exploring CT.

Very comfortable apartment. We stayed here with our guest from France and we loved coming home after a busy day of sightseeing to a glass of wine and the amazing sunsets from the apartment. We enjoyed the promenade with its lovely restaurants and excellent nightlife.

The service by Nox Rentals was fantastic - 110%! The home and location was great - flowers and bottle of wine really appreciated. The ABSOLUTE DOWNSIDE was the 2nd bedroom. The cupboard was packed full of linen so this had to be moved in order to pack your clothes. The other cupboard housed the WET MOP ETC WHICH WAS ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING AND STANK!! Disappointing was the blinds in the lounge which had missing pieces and these were just stacked on the floor. My suggestion would be that they be placed in the garage till repaired and perhaps likewise with the cleaning mops and linen - a lockup cupboard in the garage as there is really no other space to be utilised in the home for linen and cleaning items.

Thank you for your constructive feedback. This information is extremely helpful to us. I just wanted to let you know that we have ensured that the second bedroom cupboard has been neatened up and space has been made for the guests to use the cupboards and the wet mop has since been removed so it no longer smells.
We have also completely removed the blinds from the Living Room and there are now lovely curtains.
I do hope that we will be able to welcome you back to Cape Town in the near future and thank you again for your feedback. It is much appreciated.
