We spent a week at Bali Luxury Suite E and have nothing but praise for the accommodation and for the excellent service provided by Nox Rentals. A beautiful, spacious apartment, with three en-suite rooms plus a guest bathroom, comfortable dining and lounge area, balcony and excellent kitchen facilities. The only bizarre thing was the height of the cupboards in the kitchen meant we could only reach things on the lower shelves as there didn't appear to be steps to get to the higher ones (and they are very high!). But it was so well appointed and with plentiful glassware and crockery that this was merely academic. The standard of cleanliness and the quality of all the furnishings was excellent, and the views from the balcony are simply stunning. Seeing a pod of whales go past on their way down the Cape on our first night was an extra plus!
The location is great, if you don't mind a bit of daytime traffic noise, easy to access with secure underground parking, and the benefit of being able to walk into the centre of Camp's Bay in about five minutes. Be warned, if you've not been to Camp's Bay before, that there are no off-licences in the area, if you want alcohol with your evening meal in the apartment, you will need to shop elsewhere. But there's an excellent "Pick and Pay" supermarket a few minutes down the road.
Finally, a big thank you to OZ and Sandy and all the staff at Nox, who are warm, friendly, helpful and efficient. We had to call on their services twice during our stay, once when a member of our party accidentally locked her money and passport in the safe without checking the code, and secondly when the kettle went wrong and tripped out an electrical circuit. Both problems were dealt with quickly and efficiently by the Nox staff.

Thank you for your great review! And you are absolutely correct, Camps Bay is a dry zone - one of three I believe?
Fortunately, Sea Point and Hout Bay (essentially the next bays) have stores which sell wines etc. so it's not too far to drive (about 10 min). Being in wine country, even the locals forget where the dry zones are. I have been caught out several times myself !
Bali E really is a great apartment and your feedback on Ozzi and Sandy will be passed on - no doubt there will be two very proud Nox Rentals team members in our office this week!

The Nox rental team do a very good professional job in ensuring their guests stay is easy, comfortable and organised. However, this particular apartment was marketed as luxurious which it isn't. The location is superb as are the views but the interior finishes range from average to poor with the two smaller bedrooms lacking natural light and suffering from a permanent musty smell.

Apartment serviced and appointed to perfection.
Accommodation good for family with children - the difference between the master bedroom and others is not suitable for 2 discerning couples.
Camps Bay is a superb area with views from the terrace of the best african sunset and all Camps Bay facilities are within easy walking distance.

Our stay was just perfect. The apartment was modern, clean and spacious. Staff were professional, curtious and helpful while not being intrusive. My only gripe was the lack of wifi internet access and inadequate waste disposal in the kitchen.

With three bedrooms and three and a half baths, this apartment was perfect for our family of two parents, two teens (boy and girl). Lovely to wake up to the ocean view. We had a few snags -- wireless not initially available, no telephone service, intermittent lack of hot water, but when we called Nox they responded immediately and cheerfully addressed our concerns. The apartment is perfectly situated -- not so close that you have to deal with noise & crowds but a very short walk to town for restaurants and shopping.

The hot water cylinder at Bali is 200 litres, but if there are many people using this at one time, if might need some time to reheat.

Service was excellent, as usual, from the Nox team ... no complaints here, and we loved the apartment with it's superb views over the water, but in all honesty, this first floor apartment was just too close to traffic / noise / street lights for us to really feel lik we were on holiday ...I guess that's partand parcel of being on the main road of Camps Bay, but last time we stayed in this block we were in "C" which is higher, and we really didn't notice anything like that sort of noise ;-) All in it was fun, but boy, it's not cheap, is it, staying on the Atlantic side ;-)

My two colleagues and I had a faboulus stay in Camps Bay and received very good service on arrival and departure. The flexibility (late check out, filling the fridge with groceries, etc) was enormously appreciated!
The appartment was luxurious and the daily maid service made us feel like in a five star hotel! -

The Bali E Suite was very pleasant: Good setup/layout, focussing on a glorious view of the coast and ocean, stylish furniture and equipment, a very clever mini-pool (with a phantastic view!) and satisfying space for our entire 5 people family.
The organisation was both, charming and efficient. Services have been good.
We were totally happy with our 4 days family home.
