Our stay at Palm Beach House was the final week of a month our family had in S africa celebrating my wife's 60th Birthday.We had already had a fantastic experience on Safari in the Kruger Nat Park, and our week stay at Palm Beach house was the perfect ending to our trip. As soon as we arrived, staff from Nox were already on site to explain everything, and the property couldn't have been better. Little touches such as a bottle of wine and a vase of flowers showed how much they wanted to impress and the maid service each day ensured we wanted for nothing. The villa had everything anyone could wish for and the views were fantastic. We would definitely return and certainly recommend Nox wholeheartedly

The house was excellent to stay in. View of see from just about every room in the house. All the luxuries you can ask for. Nox rental service was prompt and very friendly.

First visit to Cape Town and this accommodation did not disappoint. Great for large families or group of friends as there are 4 double bedrooms - good location close to the beach at Camps Bay which has lots of good restaurants / shops / bars. Secure parking / entry to the house which was a bonus. Good service from Nox - prompt to meet and greet us when we arrived and we also had a problem with the safe during our stay, but someone attended to us quickly and it was sorted out. Only thing that may be useful to add would be a small welcome pack - our group was 2 adults and 2 kids (6 and 4) and we arrived early evening so had to find the supermarket to get some supplies - not a major thing, but after travelling for a while, it would have been very "welcome". Highly recommend this accommodation.

The property really is a winner as it is in a great location and has such a wonderful garden and pool- perfect for families!
Thank you for raising the point about the 'welcome pack'. We do leave one in the sense that we leave teas, coffees etc, bottle of wine, welcome letters and information and the like. We do also offer a pre-stocking of groceries which we inform all agents about, as we completely respect that some families might very well want a few things purchased on their behalf, specifically for later arrivals. What we are now looking into is offering a selection of hot foods (a menu of sorts) for guests to select options from, which we will leave in the property ready to heat specifically for later arrivals.

CairoPalm Tree House beats any 5 star hotel!

We were very impressed by Palm Tree House. The house is spacious and the interior design is gorgeous. The kids loved the garden and pool. Us parents enjoyed the lovely sitting area on the front deck, with the perfect view of the ocean. The kitchen is very well equipped (not that one wants to cook with so many fine restaurants around the corner) and Olive, the lady who cleans the house every day, is very kind and helpful and even did our laundry. Perfect holiday home!

We loved Palm Tree House. Everything about the villa was great - location, decor, facilities. We loved making use of the garden, pool and terraces in particular. Olive was wonderful and we really valued all her help during our stay. The children's kit provided by Bertie was also much appreciated. The team at Nox were first class too - very helpful and can do. All in all it was a perfect holiday. Thank you so much!

We were very happy with the handling of the rental, and the quality of the property, Palm Tree House.
The location is excellent, as is access to the city of Cape Town, only 10-15 minutes away. We had one suggestion - an iPhone/iPod dock, since many people use iPods or iPhones to store music now.
The property managers were very helpful.

Good sized house quality bathroom fittings , could of done with a super king sized bed in the upstairs bedroom . Over all nice house .The only downside to the place was its situated in a very windy part of Camps Bay .
The first week we were kept awake by the wind , 2-3 slates came off the property and the noise was unnerving in the evenings & through the night .
I would only recommend it to very deep sleepers as my wife & little daughter and i didn't enjoy the ferocious gail force winds that hit the house regually .Response from Nox Rentals - 02/13/2012

My Client thouroughly enjoyed his stay as his family had a great time staying at Palm Tree house, his children were able to utilise the pool,which to them was the greatest thing.
