With this in mind, it offers a wonderful flow from the inside living areas to the outdoor patios, both front and back. The rear of the Villa enables one to walk on the wild side by simply stepping off the fan cobbled terrace right onto the slopes of Table Mountain National Park and the Twelve Apostles! This villa is an absolute gem! We stayed here with 3 people for 1 week in November 2012. It has some of the best sea views from the front and stunning mountain views from the back. The pictures reflect exactly how the villa is, if anything, the place is even more stunning in real life. The villa was clean and the kitchen contains all the modern amenities to make your life easy. The rooms have each their own tv and the bathrooms have both shower and bath. You will have plenty of privacy as it is the last villa from the mountain side. The villa is in an absolute perfect setting with some of the best restaurants and local supermarkets just a few minutes away. Also, it has one of the best security systems we have seen, so you will always feel safe. The owners are the kindest people that will go out of the way to make your stay nothing but wonderful. Always on call, they were extremely professional and available if we needed them. We hope to come back again soon and definitely recommend this villa! It is everything you dreamed off for a perfect holiday.

We live in Sydney, Australia. We planned most of our accommodation by internet all around South africa. We had booked a place through Cape Stay for Cape Town and had huge problems after we had sent full amount for stay with one of their providers. Once you make a booking with a provider - its between you and that provider. We never received a receipt for our money or letter confirming our stay. We then had to look for alternative accommodation. We found aview on-line - and after speaking and dealing with Duncan & Gillian we booked and paid for our stay. We were blown away with the house, its very large and comfortable with all mod-cons, open fire and great security. The accommodation was the best in all of South africa. You are right at the bottom of Table Mountain. The views were to die for and the house is central to shops, beach and everything. We often think of the good times we had on our five week holiday in South africa. Cape Town is the best place to go to, and aview at Camps Bay is the only place to stay. We stayed at aview for four night in December 2011, just four of us. We loved it. The views are amazing and you have to pinch yourself at the 360 degree view that includes Table Mountain, Camps Bay, Lions Head, Twelve apostles and of course - the sea and magnificent sunsets. The villa is magnificent and very comfortable - with everything you could need to make you feel at home. We spent an evening in the jacuzzi with champagne and canapes - how indulgent do you want to be???!!! Owners very kind and helpful - nice people. Security excellent. Very safe. Thoroughly recommended. 5* in my book!

Excellent! Our family of 11 had a fantastic stay. The views from the house is just magnificent from morning to sunset. The children loved the game room and the space to move around. Special mention to Duncan, our 'saviour'. On the morning, our family was due to go to the airport to catch our flight, fully loaded with everyone and our luggages, Duncan discovered that we had a flat tyre. Without hesitation, Duncan set to work and helped us change the tyre, all done in just 15 mins. He was just amazing and wonderful and we were truly grateful!

We (Gillian & I) feel it is important to stay right away from the villa while it is occupied, giving the guests maximum privacy, relaxation etc. We have had comments from people that everything works!! Sounds strange to us, but, yes, we like to keep it very clean & new looking. We are always a telephone call away, so, we are there when the guests need us. Helping you with your flat tyre was a pleasure.... missing your plane would have been stressful for you all. So glad you all enjoyed yourselves. Aview is clearly one of the best options to choose from while living in the Camps Bay area , which is laden with numerous similar type of homes.
What makes aview stand out is its feel. The Villa is done in such a homely manner that it does not seem like it is only a temporary rental. This property should be the highlight of any family trip to Cape Town , like it was for our extended family of 10.
Duncan and Gillian made a lot of effort in making us acquainted with the area prior to arrival and were very helpful with the checkout and rates !
Highly recommended !
