this house was perfect for what we needed. our party consisted of 3 x senior citizens, husband and wife and 2 children 3 and 5 yrs. (7 total) but would also have been comfortable for 9. the upstairs bedroom was magnificent, but there are 2 sets of stairs which is not suitable if you are not fit and agile. the downstairs bedrooms were perfect for the family/kids and the grandparents. swimming pool was great. large entertainment area
