This was our second year to stay in this condo. The view is breathtaking and the condo is neat, clean, with all the amenities.The end unit made it more private. We felt we were the only ones on that floor. There is a small convenience store on the premises and another small convenient store right across the street. The bus system is easy and a short distance to catch. We love staying here. The staff are friendly and extremely helpful and we met some life long friends. Nancy is wonderful to work with and it's so nice to have the owner a few minutes away. My husband became ill, while we were there, and Nancy was there immediately to help. She checked on him every day after. We were very grateful for her caring and concern.I highly recommend this condo!!!

Upon arrival our jaws dropped as we took in the beauty of the Bellamar beach through the large open windows. Never in our vacations travels did we experience such an amazing situation as having the beach and pool only a sea shell toss away. Owner Nancy not only patiently addressed our every query she even pre stocked our fridge to get us started. The condo supplied all of our living needs and more. All local amenties were easily accessible as the efficient bus system of Cancun was simple to navigate. In the 5 weeks we stayed we rode the bus 34 times and never had an issue. The drivers and the residents were friendly and helpful. We had a wonderful time and very much appreciated the care Nancy took to make our stay special.

This is exactly what we needed. My partner and I wanted a quick 5-day get-a-way from our working lives to sit on the beach and eat Mexican food. We could not have asked for a better location. The beach is large and private, with the occasional beach walker strolling by. The condo is located near the Embarcadero port and so there is also the occasional noise associated with ferry boats, day cruises, and the pirate ships coming and going, but we found that fun to watch rather than a bother. This was the ideal location for us because we were not interested in the all-inclusive hotels - we wanted the flexibility to adventure out to find our own lunch/dinner restaurants rather than eating at the hotel. We made our own breakfast each morning in the adequately equipped kitchen. Nancy (the owner) asked for a grocery list and stocked the refrigerator with all of our groceries ahead of our arrival so we did not have to navigate the grocery store experience. I would recommend a day trip to Isla Mujeres to visit Garrafon National Park. We had a great day of zip line, snorkeling, hiking, and swimming adventures. Additionally, the restaurant Dolcemente Pompei was our favorite -- it's Italian food in Mexico which is not really what we went to Mexico for, but it was still delicious - some of the best vanilla ice cream I have ever had. There is not an elevator for this condo complex and the unit we stayed in was on the 4th floor, so if someone in your family needs help with stairs, this may not be the best option. However, I know that Nancy has other condos available on lower levels, too. Quiet, comfortable, and a beautiful ocean breeze that flows through the condo all day makes this the spot I want to come back to!

From the moment I arrived I was so glad I chose this property!! I was given such a warm welcome it felt like I had already been there! The layout of the unit was great! Fully furnished, decorating is such a cozy feeling as if you were never meant to leave!
You can cook your own meals should you choose to, dine indoors or out on the nice patio which has a breathtaking view of the ocean!!
You have a private beach with access to BBQ, tables, straw hut umbrellas, pool, the works!! You're less than 15 minutes from great tourist locations for nightlife and restaurants or can eat locally. Plenty of options whatever you have planned!
The property owners were always available should you need anything, but everything is so well arranged I needed only to say hello from time to time! Definitely would come here again and look forward to my next opportunity. A must stay!!! -

This condo was everything we hoped for, and more! Excellent location, breathtaking views, close to bus stop, convenience stores, grocery and restaurants. The condo was clean and updated and everything the pictures showed. Nancy and andy (the owners) were close by and were there for us if we needed anything. My husband and I feel we have found new friends! We loved it so much that we have already booked for a month next year. There is a small convenience store on the property and the employees were always friendly and accommodating. We felt very safe and secure. We highly recommend this condo! There was nothing negative about this condo. It was perfect!

My husband I were delighted when we reached the condo. It was exactly what the pictures showed. It was clean, well equipped, updated and had all the amenities needed. Nancy and andy were wonderful to rent from and my husband and I feel we have found new friends in Cancun! The location of this condo was perfect, with the most breathtaking views ever! It was within walking distance of the bus stop and everything else we needed. We rented for one week and loved it so much that we have already booked it for a month next year! We loved the fact that the owners were right there in Cancun and only a phone call away. We highly recommend this condo!

We passed 6 weeks in this condo for the second consecutive year. From March 15th till april 27th, 2011.
As in 2010, we liked our stay. This condo is as our second residence. To our taste, we could not have better.
Situation was completed on the beach(range), the beautiful big swimming pool, right by the public transportation, the complete equipment, the air-conditioned individual for every room with remote control, right by the city center for purchases, finally I cannot enumerate all the advantages of this condo.
This condos is very appropriate(clean) and very well maintained. Employees' team fusses has to return your pleasant stay. The staff is very kind.
Quality price, we cannot find better.
We shall return to it surement still.

I was staying in Bella Mar Condos from 13th December till 10th January. It was a great luck for me to find this place! All the information that I received before traveling corresponds to the facts. Condo is very comfortable cosy and has a good location, in the beginning of the Hotel Zone and close by downtown of Cancun. In the evening you can easily go to the center of Hotel Zone, to disco, shopping or just walking, because the bus stop is in front of the Condo. Also the Capitan Hook and ferry to Isla Mujeres by Ultramar are in five minutes walking from BellaMar (Playa Linda). Everything was very clean and safe, fully-equipped kitchen allows us to cook everything we want. We had everything we need in our vacation handy. The staff was nice and friendly, thank them very much for answer any questions and help (when we needed it). Security is always on their post and no strange people could go inside, only guests of Condos.
I want to note especially the atmosphere of that place - it so relax that I could forget about the date and the time! Waking up and see the sunrise on my window - it's so wonderful! For me its a real pleasure to swim in the pool or in the very quite sea after taking the sunbathes!
So, no doubt that it is the best choose for those who like to spend their holidays in a calm relax and romantic atmosphere, planing everything by themselves and who don't like very noise young tourists. It's a awesome place for staying!

We stayed here for a month, December 2010. It was a perfect place for us! The photos accurately show the condo and it is filled with everything you need and very clean. The kitchen facility was perfect, bedding and towels supplied. The beach in front is kept clean by staff and the water is calm. There are beach chairs and a briquette barbecue to use that are perfect. The staff at the property are very friendly and there is a small store on the property as well that is handy. The condo is located right on the hotel zone strip so you can easily hop on a bus to go to other places in the Hotel Zone. We liked the location because it was close to downtown for our frequent trips to restaurants or to get groceries. In addition, the water in the bay was calm and when we wanted to go where there were larger waves we hopped on a bus and went down the hotel zone to the public beaches with ease. The condo owner lives in Cancun and is easily accessible for anything you need and a very friendly person. Both her and her husband were great to visit with and they pointed out local Mexican eateries to enjoy. Lastly, the other folks staying in the condo facility were friendly and we enjoyed visiting with many of them on the beach. Note: There is a pirate dinner ship that leaves nightly from the dock next door at 7:00 pm, with a cannon shot, and when they return at 10:00 pm you can hear the music, but it does not last long (about 10:30).

My epouse and I gone to Cancun from March 16th till April 27th, 2010. We have find Beach Front Condo on Flipkey and let us let us have communicate with the proprietaire Nancy. We have decide of reserver No. 416 with Nancy. In our arrivee in Bellamar condo, Nancy received us tres warmly and as we are arrive late there soiree, she(it) had us meme bring what was needed for our dejeuner of the next day. When we are leves first morning, we have at once like the place of the condo and the proprete of places. We were for the paradise, directly on the beach(range), with a beautiful swimming pool and the sea. We have visit three condos of Nancy and they are all tres tres indeed. Three have ete completement renoves recemment and are magnificent. During our sejour in Bellamar condo, we have visit of the other condos ailleur has Cancun, but we preferons by far Bellamar condo for its situation and its proprete. When we are left to Bellamar condo, not need to rent of car. It is so easy with buses. If you want to make a journey for Cancun, hesitez not no has to communicate with Nancy, You not the regreterez not. My temoignage is what sincere really déecrit and of what I think of No. 416 in Bellamar condo and I does not especially make him(it) by cosailing. We are houses 6 weeks to Cancun and we so have like our journey and our condo that we have him(it) reserve from March 15th till April 26th, 2011. There is Walmart in 10 minutes by bus, or we find of everything. Grocer's shop, fishmonger's shop, butcher's shop and restaurants do not miss to Cancun. We are rest 6 weeks in No. 416 and we have lack of nothing.
