Beautiful 8th floor condo in Cancun Towers. Located in Puerto Cancun, right on the edge of the city, this condominium is on the 5th hole of the golf course. Fantastic view of the Bay of Muejeres. This 1500 square foot unit has 2 bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths. It also has granite countertops and stainless steel appliances in the fully appointed kitchen. There are only 2 units per floor. Queen bed in master bedroom, King bed in 2nd room. The complex is not fully completed so it is being rented at below market rates.* Beach access at Novo Cancun.*
