Condo is located in Luxurious Bay View Grand Towers accross from Senior Frogs. Wake up every morning to beautiful Emerald waters of the Caribbean Sea that can be viewed from every room in the condo. Historical sites and Mayan Ruins are within driving distance. Take a long stroll on a white sand beach, a jungle tour in a speed boat or go shopping at the famous La Isla Shopping Mall or New Plaza Las Americas with many designer shops.

Richard and Grace's unit was well maintained and provides all you need to enjoy your stay. The views from the unit are great. There is a fitness center that provides a good choice of equipment as well as spa services.
The location is great as it is only a five minute walk to down town Cancun. The beach area was very nice. At times, we were the only people on the beach, which I enjoyed. The only negative we experienced was in regard to construction work being performed within the complex the week of our stay. The construction noise was very loud at times and became a distraction when sitting at the pool. Other then that, we had an great time and would recommend Richard and Grace's unit to our friends and family. -

My family and I (2 grandparents, 3 adults in our 30's and 2 children under 4) stayed in Richard and Grace's condo for one month in January/February 2011. The condo was exceptional and without a doubt the most tastefully decorated out of all the condos. Our family loved the Bay View Grand so much that we are currently looking to buy and therefore saw many different condos and Richard and Grace's by far exceeds all expectations! Bego the manager was extremely helpful and we even had a chance to meet Richard and Grace personally and they were so gracious and welcoming I would never hesitate to rent from them again.
The condo is very spacious and has everything you could ever need. The beds are extremely comfortable and the view is breathtaking. The beach in front of the Bay View Grand is by far the best part of the beaches as there are no rocks, no steep drops and is very open with lots of space for your chairs. We loved that we could go shopping, get starbucks, go to the nightclubs or out to the restaurants without taking a bus! The security at the Bay View Grand is exceptional and the staff look after you very well, the lifeguards are always on watch and even practicing lifesaving techniques so they are always prepared.
We were extremely sad to leave after one month but the whole process of checking out was very easy and relaxing.
My family thanks Richard and Grace so much for the wonderful memories that our family made during our stay and hope we return again soon!! -

What a spectacular place. The condo is beautifully furnished with a breathtaking view of the gulf on one side and a view of all the action of the vibrant city of Cancun on the other. The poolside bar/restaurant is a great place to have lunch along with a margarita while you're vacationing. The location of the complex is perfectly situated, close to shops, bars and restaurants. I will rent this place again and again!!
