Our trip was super fun! Alvin & Fernando were so helpful and this cool app they had kept us in contact all the time. They were very attentive and there was plenty of room for me and my friend. I am american, however I'm fairly well traveled and have learned to be comfortable in many circumstances. This place is wonderful, but if you are a typical american traveler who loves your space and top of the line amenities, this isn't your place. If you aren't like that, than this is your place.

I would highly recommend this location. The security is superb the pool is refreshing and the price is unbeatable. If you are tired of the hotel scene, this place makes you feel like part of the community. Grocery, laundry, starbucks are all nearby. The best beach in Cancun is only 20 minutes away.

We went to cancun with our best friends and had the best time we have ever had together. Alvin and Fernando were great hosts. Very relaxed and helpful. It was like being at home with a spectacular view. The villas were well equipped for the economical traveller that likes to save by being able to eat in some of the time. The very best thing is you are right on the beach, and 2 adult pools and a kids pool that is secure. And the rental price is a great value..Fernando was also very helpful in helping us book our tours. Thank you both for a great time...Gracia's

Service was friendly and attentive. Great location within walking distance to everything we needed. Fantastic view from balcony and easy access to pool/beach. Kitchen and convenient access to store was a huge plus when staying in.

My family and I took our first Mexican vacation to Villas Marlin and it couldn't
have been better. We were greeted at the airport by a driver who brought us
to Villa 420. Easy. Alvin and Fernando were there to greet us and give us all
the information we could want about what we needed to know in Cancun.
They made everything smooth. Simple. They also helped us organize a tour. It
was great not having to have anything planned out ahead of time. And the
service - Alvin came to our condo at 9pm to help us work a remote that we
couldn't figure out and Fernando loaned us a movie to watch. Personalized
care that we wouldn't have received elsewhere.
The condo was perfect for the family. Beautiful, spacious, and comfortable.
Having a stocked kitchen was key. We had breakfast and lunch there and then
walked to one of the nearby restaurants for dinner. Perfect location. There is
the advantage of being close to places like Starbucks and good restaurants
which we appreciated. But when we wanted to escape, the beach was quiet,
calm, and relaxing. This being a condo versus a hotel was a big plus as well.
There were no crowds and the beach and pools were our own.
And the best part.... the view - we woke up every morning and sat on our
balcony to watch a beautiful sunrise. I miss that...
Our trip was easy and smooth. We were a bit worried about travelling to
Mexico with our 6 month old baby, but this was the perfect place to have
tropical vacation with the comfort of the US.
Really, we can't wait to come back. In fact, we already have our next trip to
Villa 420 planned. -

My vacation was so fun that I just hated to leave. Villas marlin is in the perfect
part of Cancun (not too close to the party zone but close enough to get to all
sorts of restaurants).It is right on the beach as well as having 3 pools.
Alvin and Fernando took awesome care of all our concerns. They were just
great!!! They are right on the premises and made us feel welcome as well as
helping with all our tours and activities. I staying in room 420 and it looked
like it was brand new. 3 flat screenTVs, DVD, Cable and free high speed
internet. There were so many great things about my stay, but I think my
favorite part was sitting on the balcony, looking over the beach, feeling the
cool breeze, and just watching the sun raise.
I am already planning on going back... and I will definitely stay at the same
place.
