Villa 511 is a unique apartment. It is big, beautiful and can h...andle parties from 2 to 12 persons in size comfortably.

This gorgeous Villa has 3 bedrooms each with two queen size beds and it’s own full bathroom... the master bedroom has a private Jacuzzi. Upstairs, in the living room, is a queen size Murphy bed and another full bathroom. This makes a total of 7 queen beds and 4 full bathrooms.

The Villa is complete with flat screen TV's w/DVD in the living room and all three bedrooms and is decorated throughout with custom artwork, furnishings and window treatments to create a truly unique and beautiful living space.

Villa 511 has a fully equipped kitchen with gas stove, microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker and all necessary utensils, dishes and flatware for both entertaining and everyday use. A small bar with professional grade blender is included for you to entertain in style!

The Villa also includes free internet, free international calls, free bottled water w/hot-cold dispenser, multiple head showers in all bathrooms and much, much more. Villa 511 is fully air conditioned with ceiling fans throughout.

From the minute you enter Villa 511 through it's custom Ocean and Palm Tree theme front door (with electronic keyless entry), you know you are about to experience something special and Villa 511 will deliver in spades!

It is a few short steps from the complex pools and beach.... and because it is located in the Villas Marlin Condominium Complex in the middle of Cancun's Hotel Zone, it is just a few steps from shopping, casino, restaurants and activities.

Airport pick up and return available. Upon request, we will shop for your groceries and beverages before you arrive. Beauty, nail and hair by appointment in room. Massage available in room. On Site Host available to assist with activities, tours/excursions, restaurant recommendations, VIP access to night clubs, questions or concerns. If you want it... and it's available we will get it for you!!

Complex has just finished renovation with 3 new pools including kids pool, mini market and pool bar restaurant. Room Service is available. Tennis court w/Pro available by appointment.

Complex is in center of Cancun 's Hotel Zone right on the best beach in the area. Villas Marlin is a secure gated community with 24 hour security ( 3 security guards monitoring access to property from street and beach at all times) includes camera monitoring.

Villas Marlin Complex is across the street from Cancun's premier shopping mall Kukulcan Plaza which features a host of shopping from luxury to souvenir, fine dining and fast food, and a CASINO! So... on one side of our complex we have a Caribbean Ocean beach the other side of the complex has a huge shopping mall, doesn't get more convenient than that!

  When we arrived we had a complete tour of the facilities and the condo. The pool and beach were beautiful. The condo was exactly like the pictures online. It's a little smaller than we thought upstairs, but we had enough room to accomodate us all. Also we were outside most of the time. The downstairs has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. One bathroom was very small but the bedroom size was fine. The location was great,right across from the mall and on the bus line which we used every day. The best thing about this place was that alvin arranged our pickup and departure transportation as well a ride to a wonderful restaurant all free,just tip the driver. The worst thing was there was no dryer,just a washer.

  Just right for our needs

  In the past I've stayed at very nice hotels in Cancun but this trip was different as I was taking my three adult sons with me. I wanted one unit with at least three bedrooms and multiple bathrooms so we could each have our own privacy, yet spend time together. #511 worked perfectly.
  
  As alvin explained to me, our van was at the airport to pick us up when promised. This is very important as the airport is very crowded and many other vendors attempt to get your attention to take their transportation. Many do not speak English and it can be quite confusing.
  
  The condo is older so don't expect the typical "U.S." luxury. It is clean, has amenities like a refrigerator, w/d, wi-fi, pool, a great price, and was ideal for what we needed. The biggest plus was alvin and Fernando who can assist you in any way with their knowledge and helpfulness.
  
  We were there during the slow season so the bar was not open. The condos location was great, however. The Kulkukan Mall is directly across the street with restaurants and stores. A convenience store is within a short walk. The bus stop is in front of the mall. Cabs are always on the side of the mall, if needed. Villas Marlin is closer to the city than many other hotels which helps with the cost of cab rides and the length of your bus ride.
  
  The rental price which included our shuttle to the airport was an excellent deal and was just right for our needs. Thank you alvin and Fernando! I miss Cancun already.

  My three sons and I stayed at Villas Marlin in the beginning of January. Our 3-bedroom unit was large enough to provide everyone with their space and came with many of the comforts of home. The location was ideal-right across the street from Plaza Kulkulcan, less than 1 mile from La Isla mall and less than 2 miles from Plaza Flamingo, yet right on a peaceful long beach with a pool, mini-grocery and laundry services on site. Because of Plaza Kulkulcan, taxis and buses were just a short walk away. A short taxi ride took my sons to all of the clubs. Alvin and Fernando took care of all of our needs. While able to arrange tours, they did not push anything on us. Knowing they were there made all the difference in the world.

  I cant say enough about the hospitaliity of staying with Alvin and Fernando!! They are terrific hosts and anything that you may need they are there within minutes to handle it for you!!
  I am in the hotel business and am aware that sometimes there are needs that customers have --but as I tell my staff all of the time--"never let the customer see you sweat" and thats exactly how you feel with Alvin and Fernando!!! Every question is answered with a smile--every concern is addressed immediately!
