Check other listings carefully. This listing is for two upstairs and downstairs penthouse condos. I only have these two condos. You get a larger space for less..why..because there is no agency I rent directly to you. The rates are for renting one penthouse which can have 7 people. These are not studio units, twice that space, and they face the Caribbean, not the lagoon. The penthouse top floor condos are steps to the beach in Cancun, they are in the entertainment zone where there are clubs nearby, and the Caribbean is just outside the Salvia condominium building. They can be rented individually or in combination as a suite. Both are... two level units with an upstairs bedroom with two beds, an exclusive roof top deck in PH3A, the only one in the building, and a bathroom. PH3B has a beautiful vaulted ceiling giving a very open and airy feeling next to the water, a king and a double bed, excellent honeymoon spot for a couple, romantic getaway, great for a family. In the downstairs there are a living room area convertible to a bedroom for sleeping with two futons and sofa sleeper, a full kitchen kitchen with bar area, a second full bathroom, and a balcony with seating overlooking the ocean. The condos are located in the Salvia Condominiums on the top floor. Salvia is located at Punta Cancun next door to The Forum By The Sea shopping center where the Hard Rock Cafe, Carlos and Charlies, Cold Stone ice cream, Baskin and Robbins, Chilis, Starbucks, Coco Bongos and shops like the Harley Davidson store are located, along with an ATM machine and money exchange, also across the street from the Flea Market, Dadios, Slices, Dos X's, Coronas, Hooter's, and the great and affordable breakfast, (also lunch and dinner) VIP's.
Right on the beach, step off the patio onto the beach, and the Caribbean.

Full payment at time of booking discounted. One half down on reservation. Within 2 months of arrival full payment, if fully paid and cancel any rerented will be reimbursed at 80 % Maid service is included. Suite rates when available, which is renting both units as they are adjoining, for larger groups 8-14 or to have separate units with inside the room access.





1-2. $95 3-4. $110 12/16/13 to 4/30/14

For 5-7 add $10/night per person to 3-4 rate, and 8-14 would be in the suite, combining both units.
Rates include all fees charges and includes linens, towels, toilet paper, soap, and maid service every other day.

  I stayed with my 3 friends at Ron's Ph3b condo,from 27/2 to 3/3/2013, and we couldn't have made better choice! This apartment is just great! It's located on the top floor of the building (it's a penthouse). It has a balcony with an amazing beachfront view, a living room with comfy couchs, cable TV, A/C, a sound system (even for your iPhone), a kitchen equipped with a microwave, 2 cooktops, a refrigerator, 2 bathrooms (1 downstairs and 1 upstairs) and 1 bedroom with another a/C, 1 double and 1 king bed (with new mattresses, which were a bit hard for me) and 1 cupboard to organize your things.
  We're really impressed by the quality and the cleanliness (there's a maid service every 2 days and their work is fantastic - they make the bed, change the towels for clean and white new ones, leave you paper towel flowers and are very attentive) of this condo, specially if we consider the price we've paid for it!
  Concerning to the building, it has a swimming pool, a restaurant downstairs with delicious food, a reliable and friendly reception (you can ask them for beach towels, for a wi-fi password and for a 20 l. water gallon for your condo - the 2 last services are paid) and security service (we really felt safe there, because they only let in people wearing Salvia bracelets, which you get when you check in).
  Besides that, the building is really well located: in front of a bus stop (for routes 1 and 2, that take you to the downtown, market 28, oasis hotels, shopping la isla and many other places), besides a lan house, nearby a flea market, many restaurants and bars and all the best nightclubs (The City, Congo, Mandala, Palazzo - you can go walking to the party!). You can buy tickets to these nightclubs for a better price at Julian's agency, which is placed inside the condos area.
  Finally, Ron was so helpful and nice to us. He even helped us out to find a really nice tour to Chichén Itzá!
  If you go to Cancun, definitely stay here and you won't regret!

  This condo is awesome! Right on the beach, with a great balcony and a private roof top deck. The pictures really don't do it justice. The staff at the Salvia are excellent. Gonzalo at the front desk is great and very friendly. The location can't be beat. Right next to everything. Free wireless internet in the lobby. A nice pool and palapa bar. There was a ton of Cd's with every kind of music to choose from. We enjoyed dinner on the balcony. I don't have one bad thing to say about this place! Rating: 5 out of 5
