We planned this trip for my daughter graduation and my wifes 40th Birthday. The room is exactly like the pictures show. Unbelievable views, beach is just outside of first floor rear exit (100 ft to sand between your toes) if you wish, pool and hot tub and bar our to the left as you exit. Bar has waiter that comes to the beach and takes orders and delivers. There is also food available at the bar. I am planning on returning in the next two years and I will be contact Tim for this awesome room again. Shopping and restaurants just minutes walks from here. Senior frogs is across the street, some reviews of hotel said it was to loud for them. 1604 is high enough that you are not disturbed at all, my mom stayed on that side of the building and said it never bothered her. The manager for Miguel (Mike) was awesome as well, anything we asked for he provided, including any excursion (tours, snorkling, shopping including taxi service). Mike made my entire group feel safe and we had no wants. One of the air condition units went out during our stay and they had it repaired within 24 hours. I highly recommend Tim and Mike for your next trip to cancun if going with large group. If you chose to go to Costco for groceries you will need a discover card or american express. They did not except visa or atm. I will always book with Tim if going to cancun.

I booked this for the "Girls Week" and we had a very nice time. The condo was "right on the beach". Views fantastic and the place was clean. Located right in the hub on Cancun Hotel strip. Very secure and across from Senior Frogs. The condo was spacious and had everything we needed.

Enjoyed our stay at Porto Fino managed by Steve. The place was centrally located, clean and has lots of room for our extended family and children. Service was very good.

let me just start off by say wow!!! this was my very first time doing the vacation rental thing. was sick and tired of the whole hussle and bussle of all inclusive resorts so we decided to try something new!!! Luved it! my experience dealing with steve was amazing! he replied to my emails really quick and gave me tons of info about our surroundings! the pics are accurate! miguel and alex were extremely helpful! the building security is really good aswell and we all felt very safe and secure! fully equiped kitchen for cooking! walmart just a 10 min bus ride away or taxi was $12. club district was about a 2 min walk so we didn't have to pay for a taxi. clean beaches, great gym and spa on site! very well maintained grounds! everything was fabulous! my group age range was from 23-35. we all had a blast! i would recommend this place to any age group! i was hoping that steve rented out other condos around the world because i luv to travel and i like the whole concept of renting condos now instead of hotels but unfortunately he only rents out in cancun! it's too bad because i really liked dealing with him! he is very professional and really put my mind to ease!!! thank you so much steve for making this such a memorable trip for all of us! :)
