We have been to Cancun so many times in the past and stayed at every place possible. This, by far, was the best place for our family of 6. We chose a condo because with 4 young children (2, 4, 7, and 8 years old) we would have to either get 2 hotel rooms or an incredibly expensive suite at a resort. We have always stayed at all-inclusives before, but probably won't do that again after staying at this condo.
The condo is absolutely beautiful and very large. The views are stunning and the location is perfect. The master is all windows and you can lay in bed and watch the sun come up in the mornings. My husband and son fished from the beach most mornings and caught easily 20 fish a day (small fish like angel fish and a few tiger fish). The pool is huge and has a spa on one and and a large kiddie pool on the other. The beach has palapas for shade and the staff pulls chairs out for you. They could add more palapas though. My kids loved boogie boarding most of the week we were there. The beach is very long and beautiful here, but the water was a little bit rough while we were there. The older kids could manage, but I held on to my 2 year old's hand most of the time we were in the water. There was never a lack of things to do.
We went to Wal-mart the first day we were there to stock up for the week. Mari was the housekeeper who took care of us all week and I cannot say enough good things about her. She was extremely helpful and she will cook for you if you ask her to.
The only possible drawback is if you want to go out a lot. You are not within walking distance to restaurants and clubs, but you can easily jump on the bus to get anywhere you need to go. There is a small convience store across the street for the little things. -

We stayed at Casa Ermilio's for a week in august and had a marvelous time. There was more than enough room for our family of 6 adults. The condo is very well equipped with anything you need (even boogie boards, beach chairs and towels.) It comes with daily housekeeping and the housekeeper, Mari, will also cook 2 meals a day for $20, so we went to WalMart to purchase our groceries (which is quite a distance). Her food was really delicious!! It is beach front and the view from the balcony is just gorgeous. You can sit on your balcony gazing at the beautiful view having your coffee or get in the jacuzzi that is on the balcony. Restaurants and shops are not close but the bus comes right to the front of the condo and it's about .70. The owners must subsidize the food at the snack bar (which is really good) because our meals were quite reasonable. The pool is a big infinity pool which was beautiful. It was a wonderful vacation. We still remember getting on the elevator at the lobby and going up to the 15th floor and getting off the elevator right in the living room of the condo. It was really great and we definitely want to go back.
