Stay a month for less than the cost of a week at a high-priced condo on the same beach and maybe have even a better view from any condo you pick.

We rent by the day, week, or month with prices that will leave you with lots left to spend for the many other things you might like to do in Cancun and surrounding areas, like Chichen Itza, Tulum, and Playa del Carmen. These properties are especially ideal for a retired couple or a family of four.

The ocean view units are located on the sixth level just a few short steps from an elevator. The lagoon views are on the same hallway, just a half flight of stairs down.

All the unit...s are pleasantly decorated with an equipped kitchenette with a large frost free refrigerator, microwave, cooking top, coffee maker, toaster, toaster oven, cooking utensils, and dishes, along with an iron and hairdryer.

Enjoy free wireless internet in your room and turn on your flat screen HDTV to satellite channels supplied through the condominium. The ocean views have an additional satellite service supplied by the owner for 100 more television and radio channels, half English and half Spanish.

With a place of your own, you have lots of options. Stay in for a leisurely breakfast. Leave the pool or beach to grab snacks in a flash. Have lunch and dinner in or choose from a myriad of restaurants for one excellent meal after another. There are several small restaurants in walking distance and a restaurant, beach bar and deli that sells snacks on the property.

Buses run continuously from a stop just a few feet past the entrance to the complex. Within ten minutes or so, you will start to see dozens of hotels and separate restaurants and five first-class shopping centers with shops and restaurants. About 20 minutes more will take you to Cancun proper. One bus runs directly to Sam's and Wal-Mart, so you can conveniently stock your large fridge with everything you need.

Like tennis? We have a court on the property; simply sign up to use it.

Like golf? There are two courses along the bus route, about five and twenty minutes away.

Like nightlife? We don't have it or want it here in our peaceful condo, but get back on the bus or grab a taxi and you will find all kinds of happening places in the Convention Area - then leave it all behind for a good night's sleep listening to the waves breaking on the shore.

Most likely we will be here to greet you personally and fulfill our aim to please you, our guests. To help us do that, we have property management professionals on site with a staff at your service 365 days a year. They tend to the units, of course; but they can also arrange tours and give you lots of other helpful hints to make your stay with us the best one it can be.

  From the first email until my check out I was treated with friendship by very experienced hosts. I was given a good price and received everything I expected from the pics and more. The owners ( Shannon&Roger;) delivered everything they promised and more. We were offered airport pickup. They took us on their trips for groceries to walmart and costcos. We were invited to a welcome supper, christmas supper, super bowl supper and +++. I can go on for 10 more pages but I'll sound like an advertisement so let's move on.
  I was weary at first because the Solymar all inclusive has very bad reviews but I found that I had nothing to worry about as I was in a private condo that was well equipped and I made my own meals so and the resort itself is well maintained. We enjoyed our stay so much that we extended for an extra month. My sister and her family came down on our recommendation and were more than happy. My daughter and husband along with our grandchildren are coming to meet us there upon our return for anther month during spring break.
  All that being said, if your looking for a great holiday experience mixed with a friendly family environment you can't go wrong with Shannon and Roger.

  We got very lucky finding this lovely Condo. It is at the quiet end of Cancun. Busses are very reasonable to town and run often. Roger and Shannon help you out as often as they can. Communication when we were renting and before we got there was very easy. The best part is the condo is spacious, clean and well equipped. The pictures they send you are the real thing. The view is just magnificent. We spent many hours just watching the sun rise every day and the waves with that blue green water from the balcony. The beach is all sand and is right in front of the resort. Just go down the elevator and walk down to it. There is also a little nook in the hallway to watch the sun set over the Lagoon side. Just loved this place. Had a great Christmas and New Years there. We are going again next year.
