Our beautiful tropical 2100 square foot villa faces the Caribbean Sea with views from all 3 levels. Each bedroom has its own in-suite bathroom; with a powder room on the main level. Fully equipped villa including beach towels. Each balcony and patio has outdoor seating to enjoy the beautiful views. The condo complex has 2 pools with swim-up bar; in pool lounges; jacuzzi bar on the beach; restaurant on the beach where you can sit in the sand and enjoy lunch or breakfast; large jacuzzi on the pool deck. Off street reserved parking spot.

This was a wonderful vacation rental and the entire process was easy and convenient. Judy, the owner, was easy to contact and responsive to all questions. The villa looked exactly as pictured and location was perfect. Although we did kind of feel like the Omni's 2nd class renters, we had no trouble getting around and the staff at the Omni was friendly. Pati, our maid kept everything clean and greeted us with a smile every morning. Because we weren't guests of the Omni, we had to pay a daily fee to use the gym (which was nice for a resort gym). The bus trips into town for daily dinners were very entertaining and enjoyable. Always a good story to laugh about over drinks. Following suggestions from Trip advisor, we had great meals every night. Would definitely go back!

We rented Judy's condo to try something different than all inclusive. The condo is ideally located overlooking the pool and the sea. You either decide to walk a few steps to the pool or can chose a few more steps to the beach. The condo is fully equipped, spacious,bright, beautifully decorated and kept perfectly clean by a nice maid.
We took the bus to go do groceries in Cancun and took the taxi back to the door. Transportation is cheap and it gives you a different view of life in Cancun. We loved the condo experience and we would rent Judy's place again if it was available for our travelling dates.
