Just got back from this one of a kind Vacation spot in Cancun
This Place putts you in awe from the time you arrive until u leave
We had the pleasure to experience the Turtle hatching right outside of the Villa on the Beach,
and we shared the fun of releasing them at night with other Hotel Guests
The service, including the by our private Maid prepared Mayan Breakfast & Lunches and Cleanliness is not to be topped by any Hotel or Vacation Rental in the area. -

My family of 4 thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this "casa". We wanted something different than what a typical all-inclusive resort offers and we are glad we chose to stay here!
The owner provided us with all the details we needed to enjoy their villa and also gave us a lot of tips on travelling through Cancun, places to eat and places to visit.
The villa is cared for very well and the private maid Doris was wonderful and helpful. My kids (son 12 and daughter 10) loved having space to themselves. My wife and I loved sitting out on the large balcony overlooking the beach.
It is only a short taxi ride into downtown Cancun - about 10 minutes or so. We used both the taxis and the local buses to get around. A bus ride is ridiculously cheap (about 9 pesos - 70 cents) and there are tons of them and they will also stop and pick you up even if you are not at the bus stop.
We were lucky to have good weather throughout our January stay and the weather was around 23 - 27C (73-80F) during the day and just a little cooler at night.
We all hated coming back to "reality"! -

My family of 6 adults has one of the best vacations ever in cancun staying at this villa. First off, the weather was absolutley perfect every day, we really enjoyed the terrace and swimming in the wonderful waves...what a blast! The villa was perfect for our family of six, we reall enjoyed having our own bedrooms and bathrooms and then a common space for us all to hang out in. The place was well kept and Doris did a great job cleaning every day.
Doris was absolutley wonderful, she was so happy all the time and made us wonderful meals. My favorite was the chilli stuffed peppers and the taquitos. She was so pleasant and I had a great time practicing my spanish by talking to her. The few questions we had she was able to help us, and she really made the stay one of a kind.
The villa is literally right on the water with a huge terrace, it takes about 5 seconds to walk down to the perfectly sandy beaches. The villa was clean and well kept, and the layout is perfect for a group that wants privacy yet a common space as well.
Terri (the owner) was very easy to work with and answered every question we had! She helped recommend some wonderful restaurants and things to do while in Cancun. We also appreciated this stay because we weren't in the 'crazy' part of the hotel zone, instead where we were was quiet and uncrowded..but all it took was a 75 cent and a two second bus ride to get anywhere in Cancun. I would 100% reccomend this villa, hope you enjoy your vacation -

and we all had plenty of room. I would recommend this place to anyone.

The owners of this fabulous beachfront Villa included the services of their private "Full-Time" maid and cook during our stay. We rented the Penthouse portion of their Villa that has 3 spacious bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a living room and a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area. The living room and kitchen offer an incredible and expansive view of the sparkling turquoise waters of Cancun through a solid wall of sliding glass doors that open up to a HUGE private lanai right on the beach! What a view!!! Your maid “Doris” was simply wonderful, and so accommodating. Now we know what it means to experience a hassle free and relaxing vacation. She not only did all the grocery shopping, but prepared breakfast and lunch for all of us during each day of our stay. Everything she prepared was so fresh and delicious too. At night we would take advantage of the one of the numerous restaurant choices along the beach strip or we would simply prepare something on our own back at the Penthouse. Thanks Vic & Terri! It was perfect...you do own a piece of paradise!
