having just returned home from the goa beach homes in feb we very impressed with how clean it was keeped; clean sheets every day. very pleasent staff who would help with any problems if they arrosed . but given the impression in the name;was not any means off cooking at all. one kettle so if you fancyed a quite evening there is no where to sit outside reason being mainroom very small and sofa could do with changing felt like seating on the floor, as for garden view, well brickwall with shrubs and flowers. you may think i am pulling to bits but, the resort on the whole is very good will go again but not in them rooms

I have really enjoyed my stay at Goa Beach Homes with my parents and my nieces. It was my first trip to Goa and i am so happy that i have choose Goa Beach Homes for my stay in Goa. It is right at the beach so you can enjoy beach activities. I tell you compare to other beaches which i saw during my stay i liked Candolim beach a lot. Its very neat and clean and less crowded beach. My parents who are senior citizen enjoyed in this resort a lot. Very friendly staff and very good service.Good breakfast. My nieces enjoyed it a lot.A very good swimming pool with bar is enjoyable. Also there was a live music band during dinner time which was really nice and my parents enjoyed it a lot.I am really looking after to visit it again in my next trip to Goa. For all who are travelling along with family with young kids...must recommended this place.

hey..my first vacation in goa..!! expecting a lot !! ..yes..i was happy !! this resort is great..even though i went there during off-season..the entire staff made sure that everything was in order. my heartfelt thanks to Mr. Alistar(frontdesk) and Mr. Milan Pradhan..and hey.tilak from the bar..you guys have been very kind to me. The entire stay was pleasant. For first timers..the resort is just next to the beach (wat more do u want). Starting from breakfast..it has both indian and continental..not elaborate but i was pretty happy with the fresh bread toast. Rooms are well maintained (thanks to Mr. Milan)..Had aC prob but he was very prompt to repair it. Bathroom is gud also (was staying in pool view apt) ..as i said it is well maintained. Pool is good also..with the bar along it. Bikes on rent are available always and taxi service just outside the resort. Restaurant food is good ..we had chinese and some snacks ..and it is more than we could eat !! (pls keep on serving the same) ..The big picture..this is a great resort for your vacation..!! Will definately come back again !!

Left on 06/06/2012 for a stay in May 2012
We were an extended family of two children, aged three and five and eight adults. Since we had already zeroed down on Goa for vacation, we had to find an accommodation which could cater to the children and our parents alike. Luckily we found Goa beach homes which had two suites(2 bedroom each) in a superb location. Reservation was quick, with Dominic being very helpful inspite of different time zones.
The suites were as shown in the snaps on the website, and the resort was wonderful with a swimming pool and proximity to beach. The kids loved both the pool and the sea, and while in the resort, they liked the suite with the loft, since they could climb up and down.
Food at the restaurant as well as the beach shack Calamari was great. The reception staff was helpful in arranging rental cars and other information.
All in all, it was a wonderful family vacation. And i think Goa beach homes was a definite plus in making it so. I will recommend it to anyone planning a vacation in Goa.

Left on 05/24/2012 for a stay in April 2012
This was a pleasant surprise on our trip to Goa. We were travelling all over the state and came across different types of accommodation, but this was definitely the one that left us feeling relaxed and recharged. The staff is helpful, everyone around would greet and smile. The location was amazing, you walk through the back yard and exit onto the beach directly. If you don't like lying around on the beach, you can stay inside the resort around one of the two pools they have. Now, these can be sometimes too busy or feel like you never left Britain, but it is a nice alternative. Breakfast was good as well. If you do not like the continental selection you can always order your own selection against small charge. The garden is what got us the most, all the greens, all the flowers, well kept and maintained by the gardeners. It is such a relaxing pleasure just to seat around and enjoy the colours. Once you go out of the resort, there are plenty of restaurants and shops on the main road to keep you busy for a long time. It is also very family friendly place, so if you are more of a party person you won't be able to do that here after 10pm

We stayed here for 4 nights with kids. The location is excellent - very close to the beach. Food and room service was very good, and the staff friendly. We enjoyed the pool and being able to walk to the beach for sunrise/sunset and have dinner by the beach. Kids had a good time as well.

Left on 01/18/2012 for a stay in December 2011
We had taken both the rooms for a family holiday and while they could be called compact they were comfortable & cosy. Rooms are part of a resort that has excellent staff and a great restaurant. Is a place that has a wonderful feel to it and in the end, 6 days seemed too short a stay. Only issue that we could complain about was the breakfast that was served which could have been a little more exciting and non repetitive. Location is excellent as it is close to Baga & Calungate but far enough from the maddening crowd. Also has a good shack attached to the property.

The resort is cozy and tranquil, with excellent service. I had a great time there during New Year's Eve, especially the party at the Calamari beach Shack. I loved the place, especially the fact that it was tucked away into a quiet corner and yet not too far away from all the action.
I am certainly coming back and have already recommended it to many friends. Only thing I would ask for is a wider choice at breakfast which is currently limited to cereal, toast and eggs. -

This property is located at candolim beach in goa which is one of the best beach in goa. This beach is very beautiful with white sand and clear water. You can directly jump into the sea once you come out of this property cause it is just 100-200 mtrs away from the beach. This property has access to a well maintained pool with a bar. Property is maintained by Santana Resort which is also very beautiful resort. Staff is quite courteous and service is also very fast. You can get your bike or taxis done by the resort itself at a very reasonable price. So I must say it is one of the best place to enjoy your holidays.

This place is an absolute gem, we have stayed at this property twice and would go back again. It is located 2 minutes from the beach and the best kept secret in Goa. The staff are wonderful and the resort is very well ran. It is very basic in terms of furnishing but what it lacks in furnishing, it is made up by the ambiance and location. It is close to shops and restaurants, The Flambe and Curry House have some of the best food and service and the Calamari needs no shout out because it is the favourite of the tourist as well as locals. If you want to see the sunset then there is no better view then from the terrace of the Calamari restaurant. The beach is quiet, clean and tranquil.

We had never been to Goa before. My wife and I truly enjoyed our stay at your property . The location was in the walking distance to the beach. The stuff was very accommodating. It was also nice to have a 2 pools on the property.
Having a refrigerator also gave a chance to get items for breakfast.
The bed was very comfortable. We will definitely recommend your accommodation to friends and family. While at Santana ,we red an article that the resort was voted as one the best in Goa by India's travel professionals .
It is no surprise. -

The resort was in a good location. The pool was clean and well maintained. Room service was good and although there was only one restaurant within the resort the food was good. There were many restaurants at walkable distance from the resort. There were many stores and a huge supermarket close to the resort. The beach was 5 min walk from the resort and was not crowded and clean. I would definitely go there again.

We had a great time in Goa and one of the main reasons for that was the resort. It was almost perfect on every account be it the location (of its proximity to the beach), the ambience (well laid out resort and pools) or the staff (prompt and respectful). You can hang out at the restraunt alongside the main pool or have a relaxed drink in the sink-in-bar at the second pool or even on their internationally reputed shack "Calamari", which is right on the beach.

Left on 01/16/2010 for a stay in December 2009
The moment we stepped into the beautifully kept
resort, we knew we would enjoy staying there. The
reception staff, security, restaurant staff and
even house keeping staff were all very friendly,
hospitable and helpful. All the rooms/apartments
are organised in clusters.
We stayed in a two room apartment. It was very
clean and serviced every day. The kitchenette
wasn't equipped for self-catering, but the resort
kitchen did supply the necessary cutlery and
crockery to enable us to make light meals for
ourselves. We were a party of five and my son had
to sleep on the sleeper sofa in the lounge area.
This area was a bit small and we couldn't find
space to sit if all of us wanted to be together in
the lounge. This was the least enjoyable part of
our stay. The food served at the restaurant as well
as the Calamari beach shack was outstanding as well
as affordable and contributed to a very nice stay.
We did make use of outside restaurants like Stone
House and others, but in the end our favourite was
Olegario's.
The two pools were maintained specklessly and the
extended snack/bar service at the one pool is
excellent. The other pool is right next to the
restaurant, so they also serve everything right
there.
I have to mention the gardens again: beautiful!
I appreciated the help of Dominic a lot to book the
apartment for us. The service was seamless and
everything worked out well for us.
