Situated in the beachside town of Ste. Marie la Mer Plage, on the Mediterranean coast close to Perpignan, 'LeSable' is located on a quiet "impasse", three minutes' walk from the sandy beaches.
The house (max. 9 persons)
The house has three stories, each approx. 40m2, with a roof terrace on the top floor.On the ground floor there is a separate studio and a back yard with southern exposure.

Sainte Marie is only 15 kilometers from Perpignan (train, international airport) and 4 kilometers from Canet Plage (large supermarkets, casino, disco)
Ste. Marie Plage is located on the Mediterranean Sea, in French Catalonia. The village is characterized by small houses and streets lined with palm trees. A few minutes' walk from our house you will find a grocery store with local and international newspapers, fresh French bread, fresh fruit,and all daily necessities.
From the house, you cross the street and walk through the park: within less than five minutes, you're on the beach. Just a few hundred yards south of here is a lovely tapas bar where you can enjoy Catalan tapas at the seaside at extremely reasonable prices.
The broad, sandy beaches are equipped with showers for rinsingoff the sand and salt. There are three beach-volleyball nets. Beside the little park close to the house are skateboard ramps, a 'half-pipe' and a 'parc de loisirs' with some gym equipment for training the biceps and stomach muscles. The entire resort is very small-scale and pleasant.
Ste. Marie is visited largely by French and Catalan tourists. Along the main street you will find a number of shops, boutiques and restaurants..
Ste. Marie Village is an old, formerly fortified village. The village square has a lovely old stone fountain and a coolly Mediterranean village café with tables in the shade of the old mulberry trees.

The rates mentioned are for the rental of The Whole House: that is for Main House (max. 5 pers., 3 bedrooms) and Guest Apartment (2 - 4 pers.) together.
If you would like to rent just the main House, the general rental prices are; 395,- in spring and autumn; 550,- in early summer and late summer; 745,- in July and August. See our website for complete details.
The security deposit is to be paid in cash on arrival. Mandatory cleaning costs (€ 50 main house, €25 guest apartment) will be deducted from your security deposit after your stay. The remainder (minus any damages) will be refunded within two weeks of your departure.

This was a small and great place for 1-2 people. Separate kitchen and small backyard garden was great bonus if need space from other person (especially young child while having his nap).
Neighborhood very quiet during day and evening. Far away from the tourist bustle.
Great location near all beaches and grocery stores as well as traditional markets.
Hosts very helpful and very organized. -

We had such a great stay at your house in Ste Marie! The water was still warm in September, and using your bikes we were able to take leisurely trips in the surroundings.
The house was comfortable and well-equipped and clean, the locals were friendly.
