Description
Eco-friendly, healthy, harmonious living on a small organic farm with spacious manicured lawns and surrounded on 3 sides by terraced green rice fields and a 20 acre bird sanctuary on the other - just 200 meters back from a quiet beach but just 5 minutes away from the clubs, restaurants and shops of happening Seminyak.
The basic rate is for one double suite with the use of the house and facilities. Family send larger parties must rent the entire house. See detailed rates.
A new quite large all bamboo beach house.
Upstairs: 2 breezy, king-sized bedrooms with extra wide 2 meter beds and a nice lounge with view to the beach
Downstairs: 1 air-conditioned office/small bedroom with standard double.
Each with private ensuite full bathroom and hotel switches with good reading lamps over each bed..
Also, another king size daybed is downstairs in the projection and lounging area for an occasional guest sleepover.
The most comfortable 100% natural fiber linens, beds and furnishings.
Large fully equipped kitchen with bar. Dinning room with long table for 12 guests.
Hot or chill plunge tub on large hidden bamboo sun deck behind the house with work out weights sunning lounges and yoga mats.
Massage tables in each upstairs room.
Fast 10-15 Mb Fibre Optic internet with Wifi throughout the house and lawns.
LCD TV in office and big screen video projector in viewing lounge. HBO Video on demand and 100 other channels.
Controlable music speakers throughout the house.
Remote control soft room lighting in the living rooms.
The house is set on a small organic farm just 200 meters from the beach and the famous Canggu surf break.
In the large gardens we grow all our own organic veggies, herbs and tomatoes.
Adorable discrete young husband and wife staff: The gardener/guardian, Mat and the maid, I'in who slips in on whatever schedule you like her to clean up so you can have complete privacy.
A car and driver are for hire when needed. Great massage on call as well. We also have an excellent loving babysitter.
The famous Desa Sini Yoga center and the Canggu Sports Club, and Canggu Deli are just down the road.
There is a back road to Ubud and the interior of Bali. Many important temples and powerful shaman are in our neighbourhood.
A new fashionable funky beach restaurant and bar La Laguna and footbridge to our beach just 200 meters down our lane, but out of earshot.
Other well attended restaurants are in short walking distance.
Our nice dogs will quickly adopt you, and take you for sunset walks on the beach :-)
