Villa Delapan is custom-built over three levels, fusing Balinese unique architectural style with comfortable, contemporary living. Secluded and private, with its own deep water pool and smaller shallow pool on the lower level suitable for young children. The 3 bedrooms are luxurious and all come with their own en suites. The final balance is required 30 days prior to your arrival.
Cancellations can be made up to 60 days before arrival date but will incur a fee of 50% of the deposit.
Cancellations made after the 60 day period will not be refundable however bookings can be re-scheduled depending on availability.
Late check-out until 18.00 will be charged at 50% of the applicable season's rate.
Late check-out after 18.00 will be charged at 100% of the applicable season's rate.
A security deposit of 10% will be requested by my manager on arrival and will be refunded in full on day of departure, unless loss or damage is incurred. In which case refunds will be made less cost of the loss or damage

Villa Delapan was one of the best villa I've stayed at. it's located at an excellent location. A sleepy town not too far away from Seminyak, but retains its tranquility. It's 5 minutes of away on foot from echo beach, 2 minutes away from Redsalt (an great every day restaurant). the property was well maintained, but what sat it apart from the others are the excellent staff. everyone who works there are exceptionally in tune with our needs. I went to Bali with my bicycle to do some riding, every morning by the time I am done riding, the staff would have prepared breakfast and waiting for me in the dinning room. Udin was not only our driver, but an excellent tour guide. He took us to great restaurants, and places that were outside of the beaten path. we became friends right away. As with all everyone who worked at the villa, as they started to know us a little better, they were able to tailor to our needs more and more. Alannah was extremely helpful. Her and her staff made my vacation one of the best.

We stayed at Villa Delapan from the 1st of June for 10 nights as a part of our honeymoon.
Our flight arrived 2 hours late & we were worried about meeting our driver Putu (arranged through the villa) as we were rather late. We walked outside to see the name board being held up.
Arrived at the villa and we were blown away, first off the maids had made us a meal and the food was sitting on the table waiting for us and alannah (Villa Owner) had arranged for 2 masseuse's to in the villa on our arrival! Which really was a lovely touch.
Also when we retired for the night the maids had filled the bath and scatter rose petals in the water. Again a lovely touch.
The villa its self is beautifully decorated with a lot of local ornaments & artwork which gives the villa a real Balinise feel.
All 3 bedrooms are generous in size and all have there own charm. We choose to stay in the master bedroom on the bottom level. The real star of the show was the bathroom, really unique and so luxurious.
The ground level by the pool is where we spent most of our days and it was perfect for lazy days by the pool. The sunbathing beds are so comfy and the pool is nice and chilled to save you from baking to much in the Bali heat!
Throughout our 10 days in Bali we were treated so well by all the staff, they really do go the extra mile to make your stay so special.
All in all the villa is fantastic and the staff are the same standard as the villa.
We will be returning. -

We had a very enjoyable stay at Villa Delapan recently. The villa was huge, and all the rooms are very, very spacious and each with ensuite bathroom. The swimming pool was bigger than most villas we have stayed. The staff were wonderful and were always very helpful, in particular our driver Putu. He was always cheerful and polite, our 2 girls absolutely adore him! He could be our driver and baby sitter next time! We also enjoyed having our meals at the Echo Beach Restaurant which was about 5 minute drive from the villa. Great food (BBQ) and fantastic sunset view. The owner, Alannah, also provided us with good service with her prompt responses to all my emails. We will definitely recommend this villa to all of our friends.

We stayed at Villa Delapan for one week at the beginning of 2012. We had a wonderful week being pampered by the villa team who looked after our every need.
The Villa is cleverly designed with an infinity-edged pool cascading over into a smaller lower-level pool. Beautiful.
Our girls (16 and 17) had a blast and enjoyed both the villa and their first experience of Bali.
One note on the 'family' recommendation - you'd need to be very careful with younger children - the two-level pool would be challenging to watch non-swimming youngsters. -

A beautiful villa which exceeded our expectations. the staff were lovely and accommodating and so proactive. they even washed our disgustingly dirty shoes without being asked to after we had been white water rafting. Quiet location and sooo peaceful. Not for noisy kuta fans! great for kids, teenagers, couples, singles.

This was our second trip to Villa Delapan, this time with the grandparents in tow! We'd told them again and again what a fantastic place it was and were anxious to check that everything was as we remembered. We weren't disappointed - amazingly Udin recognised us at the airport, despite our last visit being two years ago and from then on everything went smoothly. The villa is beautiful and suited the six of us perfectly - our age range was 5-67 and everyone was happy! The staff couldn't be more helpful and we had a great holiday. We'll be back again!

Absolutely perfect getaway, the layout of this villa is perfect for groups travelling together as each bedroom is on a different level allowing privacy for each couple. The staff are wonderful and couldn't possibly be more helpful. The villa is clean and well maintained. We were very upset to leave and look forward to visiting again and sending our friends to stay at villa delapan!

Villa Delapan is a beautiful villa in Canggu.It is nestled among the rice paddies of Canggu. What makes Villa Delapan special is the staff, Udin, our driver was exceptional. Patient and kind, he was a careful driver who tirelessly took us through the crazy traffic. Nyoman the chef, whipped up incredible meals and was very careful with our special requests. Housekeeping staff - Putu, Ngengah, Tall Made and Nyoman were kind and ever so helpful. The in-villa massage was good too. There is a very good media room with plenty of movies and a range of soothing Balinese music to choose from.
Just a reminder for those who are planning to stay here -do plan a visit to the supermarket on the first day if you can, to stock up on essentials such as breakfast items,snacks and mosquito coils/repellents. Would recommend going to one of the bigger supermarkets like Hypermarket (Bypass road), Matahari supermarket, Carrefour or Bintang Supermarket.

Excellent all round service starting right from the airport to the villa. Staff are there to meet your every need, all very helpful. Having a driver was great value for money and very helpful. The beautiful (huge) villa has everything you need. Very clean and maintained. Pools are beautiful and great to relax in. Totally recommend getting the cook option, the food was to die for better than any restaurant we ate at! Location was great, not touristy or overcrowded, quiet and relaxing.
Totally recommend, great value for money and it was a 5 star luxury experience. -

What can I say? Awesome villa. My husband and I travelled with two other couples that had never been to Bali before. This was our 5th trip and the best. The villa was a serene haven which met all of our needs. Great bedrooms and ensuites, fantastic pool and outdoor settings including beautiful plants and flowers. As for the wonderful staff who were there to assist with anything you needed. A huge thank you to Udin, Putu, Ari, tall Made, Nyoman and Made. You are all treasures and make our stay just that extra special. Although the villa is approx 20kms from Kuti we wanted this to get out of the hustle and noise. With having a car and experienced driver for 8 hours a day anything is close. We rented some mopeds and enjoyed being able to ride around the coastline of Canggu, visit cafes (warungs) and enjoy sights that we hadn't seen before. We have stayed at other villas and can now say that Villa Delapan is the best we have experienced. We shall return...

Villa Delapan was amazing. The staff were very friendly and the driver was brilliant. The place was clean, in good condition and the welcome I received in my room was very relaxing after such a long journey to Bali. The food menu had a broad variety which met my every need. The pool was a lovely temperature and the massages is a must do. I had everything I needed and could have spent my whole holiday right there, but with the help of the driver I saw whole of Bali. I would definitely recommend this to everyone and will definitely return for another stay. Thank you for the lovely stay I had there.

Villa Delapan was exactly what we hoped it would be and more. The rooms are huge, bathrooms exquisite, service from the staff fantastic and overall it was a perfect holiday for our little family.
I don't think there was anything we could fault at all. We used the chef a few times which was great and made use of Udin, the driver most days. He is a lovely guy, charming and genuine like all the staff.
The last time I was in Bali was 12 years ago with a backpack in a hovel in Kuta. This time it was nice to do it in pure luxury!
We had our almost 2 year old with us and the villa had a high chair and cot which was great.

With 4 children aged 22 mths to 19 yrs, our first overseas family holiday was a challenge. We booked Villa Delapan over the Net (sight unseen)relying on previous reviews.
Villa Delapan exceeded our expectations. On arrival we were met by Udin (wonderful, likeable young man)who delivered us safely to the villa. It is situated in a small village removed from the noise and traffic of Kuta etc. - exactly what we wanted but maybe not for those who prefer restaurants and major shopping in walking distance.
We were met by Villa staff with a warm welcome . We did not know then how much they would impact our lives even after our return from Bali. We cannot express enough thanks and our heartfelt fondness to Made Manager, Strong man Made, Nyoman, Nengeh and Putu. The care they showed for us and in particular our youngest children will stay with us forever. Our boys' eyes lit up each time one of the staff walked through the door - they were all over them and the staff doted on them. Our youngest cried and held out his arms for them as we departed on the last day..
Later on, we were also lucky enough to have a second driver, Putu, a kind and humourous man with an in-depth knowledge of his home, Bali.
The Villa - beautiful, clean, luxurious,the most comfortable beds and pillows, impeccably designed and decorated...a credit to the owner and staff.
The Villa Menu - we ate in at least every second night and the food was wonderful (and so cheap!). The Beef Rendang and the Pork Ribs with special sauce were favourites. Thank you to Nyoman for her beautiful food.
Alannah - thank you for making this holiday a reality and your advice was greatly appreciated. It was also great to hear from you during and after our stay.
In summary, we were and still are humbled by the people who made Villa Delapan a home for us - thank you Made, Strong man Made, Udin, Nyoman, Nengeh, Putu (lady), Putu(man),Nyoman(cook)and alannah. Riley and Ben miss you. Hope to see you again next year!

"Villa DeLapan is by far the best vacation home we have ever stayed in. You can tell by the friendly atmosphere that welcomes you the minute you step in that the place is made with love and sensation where not a single detail is overlooked and the perfect multi-level set up that connects the bedrooms to the dining room and the open area pool, gives a charming atmosphere of cozy privacy. A most caring and friendly crew received us with exotic fresh juice and a full body massage and left us to enjoy the relaxing warm water of the pool surrounded by dimmed lights, romantic candles and rose petals. The same crew had for daily mission to pamper us and make sure we receive a majestic treatment throughout our stay starting with the fresh Balinese coffee and breakfast that were prepared for us every morning to the well informed driver who accompanied us in our tours thru the last minute of our stay.It is very important to read the instructions e-mail provided by the lovely owner who obviously has taken care of every detail to make sure you are well prepared for an extraordinary exotic experience.
The location of the villa is at reasonable distance from all key attractions and touristic sites of the island. the breathtaking surrounding provides a blend of warm exotic tranquility that naturally takes you away from civilization and makes you part of mother nature again.
This place has spoilt us forever. We recommended it to all our friends and will definitely be back soon."

We met the driver at the airport and immediately were on the way to the villa, upon arrival we were introduced to the staff and welcomed very graciously. Shortly after arrival we began to look around the villa and every room was well perfectly appointed and inviting. It was as if it truly was home, welcoming, inviting and comfortable at the same time. The staff was friendly and attentive without being in the way, most days we were out and about with our driver to another destination-easily accessible from the villa. The villa is a short drive to the main tourist area and that was fantastic, one day that we did venture to Cuta the traffic was horrible and everything was so crowded that we just had to return to our safe haven. We sampled much of the cuisine of the nearby restaurants and enjoyed every one of them, an evening meal overlooking the beach is fantastic. Anything that one could want is within a very short ride and then it is back to the wondrous quite and tranquility of home. Overall, a once in a lifetime trip that we all want to take again next year! The only bad thing that one might say is that one week simply is not enough and sooner or later you must leave that beautiful place.

The beatiful villa combines Balinese character - water features, carvings etc. with a practical and modern layout. The staff were very helpful and friendly and our driver was exceptional in making sure we thoroughly enjoyed our visit to Bali.
We have stayed before in Bali at the more traditional villas but if you want some extra comforts and for practicality Villa Delapan is a better option. We did not make use of the cook preferring the many cost effective options close by, but for a younger family I am sure this would be a good option.
To sum up a wonderful villa, great value and very highly recommended -

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at Villa Delapan and Bali was amazing.
The pictures do not do the villa justice, it is spotless and the bathroom in the master bedroom downstairs is breathtaking, although I was too busy on trips and lazing by the pool to make the most of the jacuzzi bathtub.
The staff were all extremely friendly and helpful and the best thing was having Udin as our driver - this made getting out and about super easy and we went on many long drives and saw most of the island in our two week stay.
Within a 15 minute walk of the villa is the gorgeous Echo Beach with a lovely temple nearby in Canggu beach. Also within walking distance are stables for beach side horse riding and a great place to eat. However, with constant access to a driver, you don't need to worry about walking anyway.
The villas are very quiet as they are closeby to beautiful rice fields and set off the main roads.
I am sure I will be back again and had a wonderful time.
