AMAZING LUXURY VILLA NOW AVAILABLE! This beautiful single-story 3 bedroom villa with huge garden is located in the scenic area of Batu Bolong just a stone’s throw away from the world famous “Nirwana Golf Course” and the legendary surf of Echo Beach.

Pure, Tranquil, Zen are a few words that come to mind when you walk around the villa and it’s gardens. The villa has a huge open plan living overlooking the large pool deck and 50m2 pool. The living area is fitted with all high quality electronics as Philippe Starck design speakers, iPod docking station, home cinema and a large LCD TV. The loungers in the living area easily accommoda...te 6-8 people.

The center piece of the villa is the large kitchen and dining area. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances that you are used to at home. The dining area is especially designed to relax with friends or family and enjoy the company with good food and wine. The dining table alone offers seating for up 12 persons.

The dining area with its Kitchen Island and huge dining table are a great place to entertain your guests for dinner or sunset drinks.

Bedrooms in this villa are tastefully decorated with soothing colors. The large master bedroom has its own private en-suite bathroom and is overlooking the pool deck and garden. Fitted with a king size bed and soothing colors it truly feels like sleeping in paradise.

The second and third bedroom both have double beds and share the en-suite bathroom.

With the current bedding this villa sleeps 6 adults with extra space for 2 children which brings the total to 8 persons.

The sundeck which covers the full length of the pool is a great place to bask in the sun or enjoy the amazing sunsets. At the far end of the pool is a gazebo which is a perfect location to read a book or enjoy the scenery.

Additional Location Information

Batu Bolong is located on the north side of Canggu just a 25 minute drive from the center of Seminyak. The villa is in walking distance (1km) from the beach and the awesome surf of Echo beach and Batu Bolong. The Nirwana international golf course is just a 15 minute drive away

The area houses lots of restaurants with the famous BBQ buffet at Echo beach just 5 minutes from the house.

At the back of the property is a large parking area for cars and bikes.

  I stayed here with four of my friends and I can definitely say it's phenomenal. We loved it! The place is just perfect: relaxing, soothing, peaceful, quiet and clean. I really like the way the villa is designed, plus the staff is so accommodating. It's a great escape from someone who's tired of the everyday city life. I will definitely come back, and will recommend this to everyone I know!
