A 4 bedrooms villa, air-conditionned, swimming pool , jacuzzi, rice field view
Oulala villa is built with passion, open all year, designed by the same architect and the same designer as Balijoglo Villa and Balimasan Villa, located at Umalas.
This villa built on the land/in the plot of 700 square meters and has a surface area of 330m2.
Built in the heart of small village of Tegal Gundul, in the district of Canggu.
The villa is located 250 meters from the main street with a little traffic of this small village balinesse in the quite small road.
Only 1 minute by car to go to equestrian center, 2 minutes to some places such as Berawa's beach, Canggu Club or Canggu plaza and 10 minutes to Seminyak and its surroundings such as Kudeta, Potatoes Head, Metis restaurant, Sarong… chics stores, bars and night clubs.
Just walk near by Oulala Villa, there are some restaurants to have your lunch or dinner.
All furnitures are uniques. Created by a french designer.
The polished concrete's floor is very agreeable.
This villa is bright, fresh and airy. It is possible to close the window pane when it rains.
It shares the same parking lot with the neighboring Villa Manik
Characteristiques of villa
This Villa consist of 4 bedrooms equipped with the low energy of air-conditioning.
There are 3 bedrooms of 22 m2, overlook to a swimming pool.
The king bed size (180x200cm) fitted with King Koil mattresses, a well-known and the top brand in Asia for its comfortability.
The fresh and airy bathrooms covered by a pergola, isolated by the bamboo, have an interior garden adorned with gardenia. The floors are marble.
The walls are polished cement.
There is a safety box in each room.
The 25 square meters of master bedroom is located in the living area. It has a sofa bed which can be a very comfortable beds.
The bathroom has a teak console with two sinks, a toilet and separate shower equipped with a pergola.
The Joglo
This is the central part of the villa , it releases a lot of energy and you will see little in Indonesia.
This is a work of art, about 150 years.
The entire structure and the frame are teak floor is polished concrete, a very pleasant walk bare surface.
The living area of 120 m2, equipped with large window pane, has a ricefield view and faces the garden and pool .
It is accessed by a beautiful antique carved door .
The living room is divided into two parts and has a ricefield view.
Under the magnificent carved ceiling , a bench 5 seats and two comfortable chairs facing a flat screen LCD that allows viewing international channels ( TV5 Monde , Fashion TV .... ) or watch a DVD with outstanding sound quality . There is a Hi Fi compact pioneer provided with a connection IPOD ..
It is possible to add 2 butterfly chairs.
There is also a 4-seater bench equipped with a comfortable seating with two small low tables away facing garden if you want to isolate ,
Or you can move to expand the main lounge.
The dining table and 8 chairs overlooking the garden .
You can use the the rooms for welcoming friends.
The Kitchen
The composite kitchen has a bar with 4 stools and a center island equipped with a gas.
Plenty of storage space, fridge, oven with grill and microwave.
This area offers many utensils to concoct the finest dishes.
Garden and its pool
Hibiscus and bougainvillea flowers as well as traveler's tree inspire serenity.
The pool terrace is equipped with furniture upscale garden aluminum and synthetic rattan.
14x 3 meters of pool in natural stones has a 2x3 meters jacuzzi with 12 jets. This is a nice area for children and to relax.
The Staff
The maid takes care of household chores. She prepares breakfast or Indonesian specialties. She works from 9:00 to 17:00 except on Sundays and Balinese festivals (Galungan, Kuningan and Nyepi when the day of silence)
On request, we can provide, for free, a person for half time 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. to look after children or to prepare a dinner.
1 person part time for the garden and pool maintenance
