The price given is per apartment. The Villa has a total of 3 spacious apartments all furnished. Each apartment (60/80 m²) has a suite, equipped kitchen, Wi-Fi Internet, living room, balcony with hammocks and parking place. The Villa has a laundry room and a storage room for kitesurf equipment.
The Villa is surrounded by tropical gardens and is located in a quiet location just 200 meters from the beach and 5 min from the Kitesurf spot. It is also surrounded by a couple of restaurants, bars, hotels and resorts with all the facilities, inclusive pools where you can spend the day. The Villa is situated at the charming village of Barra do Cunhau, a beautiful yet still undeveloped beach coast region located about an hour's drive from Natal International Airport by a new smoothly paved highway. Besides being a exceptional kiting spot, Barra do Cunhau is an ideal destination for those in search of tranquility. A place rich in nature on land and sea, known for its breathtaking beach. If you like nightlife, take note that you won't find it here (unless you count stargazing), however the village is located only a few minutes from the famous town of “Pipa” with its great nightlife and numerous restaurants and cafés. Home for fisherman’s and the little commerce which evolves around tourism, Barra de Cunhau has no fancy community amenities but you can eat some excellent seafood in some bars and local restaurants.
The variety of spots, reliable and constant winds, associated with favourable tidal currents (low tide is flat and high tide where the beatiful waves takes place) makes Barra do Cunhau among the best kiting spots in Brazil.

Se você quiser relaxar,esquecer dos problemas e da vida corrida da cidade esse é o local. Os apartamentos são amplos,muito confortáveis e super limpos e com tudo inclusive cozinha que você possa precisar. Você se sente em casa. Mas se quiser mordomia (esse é o nosso caso ) também tem. Camareira para arrumar o quarto, troca de toalhas, refeições o que quiser é só pedir para Fernanda a dona do local e da simpatia. Refeições é um capítulo a parte já que seu filho alex é um "chef" maravilhoso. Não deixe de pedir o café na varanda com o maravilhoso pão feito por ele e o camarão com abacaxi que se você tiver sorte será servido no jardim em uma noite de lua cheia. Já sonhamos em voltar.E se quiser agito e muita gente tem Pipa ao lado.

We stayed here for 3 months, from august to the end of october. It is the perfect place to stay! The apartments are big, clean and very nice! And they have a lovely garden. The apartment is just 400m from the kitespot, which is amazing! The best flat-water spot in Brazil! Alex and Fernanda who owns the place is really amazing! They are welcoming and helps you with whatevery you need during your stay! There is no doubt, this is the place to stay!

Excellent accueil. Fernanda et alexander sont adorables, ils parlent français, allemand et anglais...Nous avons passé un séjour extraordinaire chez eux. C'est à deux pas du meilleur spot de kite du Brésil et du restaurant de Casa do Maria.

"Nous sommes en train de passer 3 semaines chez Fernanda et son fils alexander, le lieu est magique, la poussada grandiose et typique a la fois, l'accueil ne pourrait pas être plus agr?able et convivial.
Juste en face un petit resto "chez Maria " cuisine traditionnelle pour un prix très modique, la plage au bout du chemin permet à la fois le Kitesurf le bodyboard le surf ou tout
simplement les rou...lades dans les vagues. Les plages sont formidables et au retour le rinçage du matériel est prévu.
Le matin un iguane dort sur une branche d'hibiscus pendant qu'un colibri se régale du pistil des fleurs géantes, puis des ouistitis à toupet blanc quémandent leur petit déjeuner.
L'enfer quoi !!!
La maison du Kite, Fernanda et alexander, merci infiniment pour ces inoubliables moments passés en votre compagnie.

I love this place!! Fernanda the owner and her son alex are amazing in every way! They become your family, best friends, chefs, tour guides, etc! It is a perfect place to go kite surfing and relax. There is nothing in this village except peace, tranquility and nature! The appartments are new, huge, fresh, bright, clean and simple, exactly what I wanted... And the food... Delicious!! Alex is the master of bread and breakfast, Fernanda makes the most amazing soups, and you have to ask for her Pumpkin Risotto!! I am definitely going back!!!

Superbe villa pleine de charme à deux pas du pur spot de kite de Barra. Nous y avons séjourné une dizaine de jours. Tout est aménagé pour le confort des occupants. On peut même faire des barbecues et rincer son matos de kite le soir.
Acceuil super chaleureux de la part de Fernanda et alexander qui sont tout simplement adorables. Ils ont beaucoup voyagé, parlent de nombreuses langues (dont le français, heureusement pour nous) et ont toujours plein de choses passionnantes à raconter!
Un séjour inoubliable et une pousada à ne surtout pas manquer si vous séjournez à Barra do Cunhau
