This is a superb two bedroom apartment just minutes from the city center.
As you enter this brand new and secure building the apartment is located on the ground level.
As you enter the apartment there are the two bedrooms opposite you, that both lead onto a terrace.
To the right there is the living area with white leather sofas. There is a brand new fitted kitchen.
There are two bathrooms, one with a bath, the other with a shower.
Both bedrooms have two single beds making the sleeping capacity four.
The terrace overlooks green landscaped gardens.
