Description from the manager
This is a lovely apartment on the first floor of a "Prestige" building overlooking the beaches of the Moure Rouge, famous for its water sports and activities.
From its large terrace there are spectacular uninterrupted views out over the sea as far as Antibes and in the distance even the Iles des Lerins, with the old fort in clear view.
The apartment itself is very light and airy, the big sliding windows in the living area give it a very open feel.
There is an open plan kitchen next to the living area, with a raised "breakfast bar", helpful to the making of a social environment.

The service was 1st class, on arrival to Cannes, after driving 10 hours, the key was very easy to obtain, even late into the evening. Cannes Bai was just the most perfect apartment,spotlessly clean, extremely well equipped. In the morning when we opened the blinds, we couldn't believe the sea view! The balcony was plenty big enough, 6 chairs & big table for outside entertaining.Gated & secure entrance, fenced with patio/garden area, for late night pop out for our dogs.A small food shop 5 mins walk away, near by restaurants wasn't open in March, we enjoyed the 30 Min's walk along the Croisette to a family run Pizza place for most of our meals.Excellent bus service 2 mins; from apartment, to the shops, takes 10 Min's, or 20Min's quick walk! Great for ALL the family we had a mixture of ages 70yr, 15yr, 47yr & 47yrs.easy access to apartment lift & stairs. dog friendly & children very suitable.Plenty of bedding, but no enough pillows &beds a bit hard. very quiet area. wind surfing on the weekends straight opposite app. highly recommended. will definitely go back.

Yes this was a very nice experience. the Apartment is very clean and lite, and its well located. It is just around the Palm Beach Casino 'corner', so that me and my family lived in wonderfull peace - with beach just infront of the door.Supermarkets and good restaurant services all within 30 sec to 2 minute walking distance. A bus for 1 euro to the Palace. I was able to work the festival efficiently, and the other four: my wife, our 18 & 19 year old daughters and our 11 year old son enjoyed Cannes and the Coté most comfortably living exactly here and in this particular Apartment. It is easy to recommend. I've shot films around the world .. this was a good Apartment to stay for 1-2 weeks. It is a safe choice, yes.
