Our Capri II apartment which is situated on Cannes fantastic Place de l'Etang, with a vast terrace overlooking the bustling square alive with colour and vibrancy is well positioned, large light and airy and is decorated and finished to a high standard indeed.
There is a large double bedroom which opens up to the terrace and which has 2 single beds in which can be used separately, of course, or which can be combined to make a double. The room is air conditioned, has plenty of cupboard space and opens directly onto the terrace.

The appartment was exactly as described on the website and the photos were true to reality. It was pleasantly spacious for just the two of us and the beds were comfortable. The service provided was wonderfully friendly and very professional. We know Cannes well, and chose this particular appartment because of the location, away from the hustle and bustle but with everything accessible on foot, whether for shopping or walks along the bay. Out of season there is no problem parking on the street, but that's probably not the case during other times of the year. If we return to Cannes, as I'm sure we will, then we certainly hope to stay in this appartment again. But if it's not available, we would still give Everything Cannes priority to find us a suitable alternative, they are great!

The apartment surpassed all our expectations, and the friendlyness and service from Lao (Everything Cannes) was extremely good.

As an experienced visitor (10 times) to Cannes, we selected this apartment for
it's detached location with proximity to a beach as well as it's easy accessibility
to the center of Cannes by bus. The spacious, elevated terrace is appealing
and the interior is open and comfortable.
Visitors from America should be forewarned that internet access is difficult
and Dvd's made in the U.S. cannot be played on existing equipment.
Responsive and courteous cooperation from the entire staff at Everything
Cannes was very much appreciated.
We would seriously consider a return visit.

The agency was very punctual and easy to find.
The flat was well furnished and perfectly clean. The area was very quiet and just right what I needed, 30 minutes walk to the center.

We've been waiting for about 2 years for the deposit and double payment for the apartment return
that's why I could not recommend your company to anyone, though the apartment was rather good

This is an unfortunate situation in which our Bank refuses to transfer monies to a Russan Bank. Our bank is Credit Agricole, France, and they will not effect transfers to Russian banks as a result of widespread fraud.
We have contacted Natalia several times asking for alternate bank details and/ or offering a simple credit to her account for a future visit, with no response. After 3 unsuccessful attempts to get alternate bank account details (all with no response from her) we stopped trying to contact. However, the monies are secure in our Bonded account awaiting reclamation.
